I have a powder puff chinese crested her hair is double coated, wavey and soft silky. Some other can clippers catch her hair but not these they cut smooth. Their not too heavy and fairly quiet. Not a terrifying noise. I used them to shave my 19 year old cat he had a mat on his back. It came off easily and no issues. Note: I did use to groom cats an dogs years ago. For inexpensive clippers these are great for a fast and flawless job. They get warm, not too hot after 15 mins. So be aware. The attachments come on an off easily and stay put. They charge quickly. For a 10 mins haircut on a 6 lbs dog or a mat to remove on a crabby old cat these will do the trick.

Great value, good product, could use improvement
I liked this product and it works great! I groomed my yorkie for the first time today.Sleek product and packaging. I used the smallest guard. Easy to clip the guard on, just used a bit of force to get on and off. Noise level was fine, my yorkie tolerated it well. I turned it on and off throughout grooming. When I was on the last part, it died on me, so I plan on shaving his stomach tomorrow. The hair got stuck in the guard, so I needed to turn it off to clean the hair out frequently. I purchased another scissor set (thinning sheers, rounded sheers, and standard sheers) to cut around his face. The scissors that come with the product seem cheap. I liked that oil and a comb were included. Overall, I would recommend for the price and the fact that it was very easy to use and my yorkie did well with it! Iâm pleased with the results.

Beginning clippers. Plastic combs
The combs are plastic and do not work. These clippers should not come with comb attachments. They are good for beginners though; it is easy to clean and use. The clippers are also cordless and quiet its great for sanitary trims. You recharge after you use it. Not the sturdiest either.

Great clippers, great price. Plus they are light, hold a charge well, and recharge quickly. My goldendoodle was a mess. Just a one-eyed mass of unmotivated knots, dreads and curls. Scissors were no use. Groomers charged $100. An old pair of human clippers gagged on the doodle hair and refused to beautify our hairy boy.Then this tool arrived, cheap and fast, and you can see the magic it wrought. So easy, just click on the power button, adjust the the speed to 11, and roar. The haircut actually sucks, but that’s user error. Focus on the tonnage of hair removed. As Johnny K once said, It’s not what you can do with the clippers, but what they can do for you. Of course we shot Johnny, but you’ll want to just keep clipping with this bad boy. Doddlehair is tough to manage, at least if you are as inept as I am. But this clipper made it easy to baldify my woof woof with the speed, if not the aesthetic results, of a professional groominator.Now my amorphous, aloof, lazy old dog has the fine definition of an aloof, lazy, one-eyed old dog. The amorphousnous is gone. He feels defined. This clipper will define you as well, and make anything seem possible. Conquer the world, but first order these clippers and groom well, my canine fashionista enthuiasts, groom well.

They look good perform well then started getting dull. I donât know whether I had to add some more oil to the blades or what but they definitely shaved my dog. Iâll say that rechargeable cordless and quiet.

Amazing for the price
I hardly ever write reviews but I thought this product deserves one so here it is! I have an 80lb golden doodle with long, thick hair that gets matted. It also doesnât help that he loves to play outside and will go rolling in mud and dirt adding to the tangles. At $120 a pop for the groomer, I just canât take him a lot. Needless to say, he was matted all over and just needed to be clipped. So, I tried several different cutters and nothing worked. A last ditch effort, I bought these clippers. They glide right through his hair. Not a single issue. I had to shave him without the guard due to the matting of his coat and he didnât even mind it. They are quiet and donât get hot. The only reason we ever stopped was to let him take a break. They are durable and easy to hold. The weight is just right. The digital display is amazing. The battery stayed charged through the entire session-took 5 hours. Still had 50% left when completed the process. The bag pictured is a 30 gallon trash bag with hair compressed down to show you just how much hair these clippers cut off in one session. Highly recommend!

loud and snags dog hair
I was excite to get this for my shih tzu curly coat/fur. But when I tried shaving him with it, the blades get caught in his hair and pulls it. It also shakes more and seems to be really loud. The noise level bother my dog to much not to mention having to remove it out of his fur when it gets stuck. Not sure if it’s a defective one or what. I had a pervious experience with this clipper before. I ordered one, it was defective. Got a replacement from seller and that one works well but i don’t know where I placed it so that’s why I had to order another one. Thought I would try it again.

I got these as opposed to more expensive clippers because of the reviews. They don’t disappoint! I found them fast to charge, long lasting, and lightweight. Love the display and speed settings. Fit nicely in the hand and easy to manoeuvre. Nicely packaged. Most impressive, they cut better than pro wahl clippers I have. They go through my dogs’ hair like butter – even the one who has a double, fuzzy coat. I cut my grooming time by 3/4 by purchasing these! I will recommend to everyone! Super value for the price. These clippers do an incredible job, especially for the price. The groomers nearby shut down at the beginning of the year, and I order these so I could keep her clipped until they reopened.They are powerful, full charge lasts for a full groom and they are quiet. Highly recommend.
