Love the integrated tag
I like this collar even without the added functionality of the integrated QR code dog tag. The collar is a pretty, bright blue that pops against my dog’s fur. It is soft enough to feel comfortable on her, but has enough body to look like a much more expensive collar. When you get the collar, you scan the QR code on the tag, and it leads you to a site to add your and your dog’s information, so that if your dog gets lost, anyone who finds them can scan the code and call you from the site. There is no app to download for either you, the owner, or the finder. You can add a photo of your dog, so that the finder knows they have the right account. You can choose all sorts of information to add such as your dog’s vaccination status or microchip number. I ordered the large for my dog. Her neck is just under 19″, so I was not sure if I should have ordered the XL, but the L was perfect and had room to spare. The only suggestion I have for the company that makes these is to use a matte metal tag for the QR code, as the shiny metal makes it a bit more difficult to capture the QR code.

Need to change QR code.
The Dog Collar with QR Tag gets 3 stars from me. Like the other reviews mentioned, it was really difficult to scan the QR code. Having the QR code on shiny chrome is not a good ideaâit makes it hard to read. Additionally, they asked for my credit card info, though they said they wouldn’t charge it, which was a bit concerning. On the plus side, the collar itself is nicely constructed and seems durable. If they just change the backing on the QR code, it would make this a good buy. ðððð¾ð

Great Collar, Great App
I got this collar because of the QR scan feature, but it is also a very well-made collar.Pros (Collar):- It is wide and padded on inside- The QR “name plate” is flush with the collar, not dangling – eliminates the jingle-jangle- Pretty pink for this fuzzy girly-girlPros (App):- Easy to register and set up, and actually works.- When someone scans the tag and goes to the website, it provides a “call” button that connects to the phone number that you entered.- When someone scans the tag, YOU get an email notifying you that someone scanned (and actually went to the website).Cons:- Limited color choicesOverall, a great product and service.

The collar is nice. The QR code, meh.
The color looks nice and was easy to adjust. It is nice and thick and has a nice thick plastic clasp on it. I love the idea of the QR code on the collar, but it was REALLY hard to scan. It is so shiny and reflective that I had a really difficult time getting the angle right to scan it. Now imagine trying to scan the QR code on a scared/excited/lost dog. It could cause some issues. And, if my dog is lost, I want it to be as EASY as possible for someone to get their information. If your dog was inside and safe one could remove the collar to try to take a photo of the QR code⦠but you never know.

Well-made, nice-looking collar with a decent size loop
Our puppy is now 1 year old and needed a larger collar. This one looked like it would fit the bill, and it does. The collar is wider (1″), sturdy and feels well-made, and has a larger loop to handle the tags but still get the leash hook on. It snaps on and off easily and has an added benefit of reflective threads to help him be seen better in the dark. It comes in different sizes and ours looks like it will, if needed, adjust to accommodate any additional growth.The QR tracking code is a really nice bonus. It was easy to setup online and even let me select what to show to the public. After I set it up, I scanned the QR code to see what would happen. It sent me directly to their website, showed my dog’s key profile information (e.g. name, breed), AND had a phone icon highlighted (without showing the number) so all I needed to do was click and it would call the owner (i.e. me). Slick!Overall, very pleased with this dog collar.

My 2nd buy
I really like this collar and that you can use a QR code as the dog tag and a nice little profile for your dog. I got one for my big dog to try it out and ended up buying this one for my smaller dog. You can add the colors to the account, I like that you can add your dogs picture to the profile once you set up an account. Very easy of mind, knowing that if my dogs are ever lost, someone can scan their collar and see their bio and send their location when found which website has an option for. I would recommend

name tag scratches easily
This collar fit my 42 lb shepherd mix very well. The pink color has already gotten quite dirty but I don’t mind that too much. What makes this collar special is the QR code which, once you can actually scan it, is easy to use. I like that it allows you to put in as little or much info as you like. The name tag is very reflective, making it hard to scan but I also noticed after a week or that it had several scratches. For now, the QR still works but I’m not sure how well it will hold up after extended use.

This dog collar is durable and reflects light well. I have tried plastic QR tags on my dog’s collar before. The plastic ones do not last. This QR tag is laser-etched on what appears to be stainless steel. I do not believe the QR tag will ever wear off. The QR code scan takes you to a website where you enter your pet’s information. There is a feature to post an “I’m lost” alert on the website that the owner can activate if necessary. Best of all, the website post for this QR tag collar seems to be free for life. My other QR tag required a subscription. Excellent value and peace of mind. Highly recommended.
