This is just wowser!!
This is a game changer. I donât use dog nail clippers because itâs easy to over-cut and nick the quick (the soft cuticle that contains blood vessels and nerves) especially when dealing with dark nails. I use a rotary tool to grind my dogâs nails. The tool I use is fairly large and loud. When my pup sees me approaching with the tool kit, he tries to leg it away. But the FuzzyFix is different. Itâs much lighter and easier to maneuver. Itâs much quieter, it has a nail guard (when using my rotary tool, I had to visually guesstimate for each toe) and it has a light to help prevent nail injuries. With 5 speeds to choose from, I was able to quickly cut my pupâs nails. FuzzyFix also came partially charged, so I was able to trim my pupâs nails immediately. It seems as though most rechargeable devices are using USB-C type cords and this device was no exception. This is now my go-to device when I need to trim my dogâs nails. This is a very good product.

A great nail grinder
I was spoiled for years because of his walks his nails were always nice and short well he still goes on walks but because we want to be gentle on his joints we have had to cut back on the length and being not the mommy I thought I was it was just massaging and petting him one day that I noticed his nail length. Yikes! I ordered several grinders but by far this is the best. I finally showed my fiancé that I could not possibly grind the whole thing so he clips some and this grinder does a stellar job of taking it down and smoothing it out.. I know this isnât a cheap grinder but if you have a bigger dog read reviews and get one that is going to get the job done efficiently an IMPORTANT NOTE please use one of those small little trimmers on the paw before using the grinder if your dog has longish hair thank goodness I caught it before it pulled a piece of his hair out. I felt horrid because I even had a smaller trimmer. Anyways a very good buy make sure you get an extra dremel.

About as loud as any other nail grinder, it is comfortable to hold and the motor is strong enough to work on my medium sized dogâs nail. It is versatile, you can remove the plastic guard or use it with.

Awesome Nail Grinder
I’ve worked with animals professionally for over 20 years. In that time I’ve used a lot of nail trimmers and grinders. This has to be one of the best I’ve ever used.
Nail trimming can be very stressful for animals. I love that this grinder is not too loud, has multiple speeds, and gets the job done quickly. It’s also rechargeable.
The unit is well made and very easy to use. I have arthritic hands and the size of the grinder and grooves on the sides of the handle made it very comfortable for me. I did not notice any heat coming from the grinder which is good. I also love that it has lights that illuminate the nail you’re working on. This can be particularly helpful for home users that are not familiar with the nail quick.
I personally used the grinder without the safety on but I do not recommend that if you are not a professional. The grinding wheel is very sharp and a novice can easily go too far and cause injury.
I can’t say how well this would work on large dog nails but it worked really well for my littles. This was definitely a great addition to our doggy tools, I’m very happy.

Strong Motor
Seems to be very well designed. My little dog won’t hold still long enough to get through the whole process so I can’t speak to the trimmer’s long-term effectiveness. I’m sure people with more calm and mature dogs will have better luck than me.

FAST! HEAVY DUTY!! And PAIN FREE!!!
I am very happy with how well this product works.
I have 3 dogs whose nails grow VERY fast.
I had owned a different grinder but I misplaced it and have not been able to find it since.
So I opted for a replacement.
I had gotten another (different) grinder thinking that it would be as good, but I was disappointed.
The second grinder I had gotten was weak. It took forever to grind their nails down, and since the motor was not very strong, sometimes just the pressure of the nail being pressed against the nail was enough to get the grinder to stop spinning.
It was frustrating.
When I saw THIS grinder, I got it in hopes of replacing the weaker one.
And BOY am I glad I did!!
This grinder is a tad on the heavier side, but it grinds their nails VERY FAST. The motor isnât weak so the blade wont stop spinning if you apply a bit of pressure. It has a very strong and bright flashlight on it and has an overall good battery life.
But what I like about this one is how many different speed levels there are!!
Itâs very precise.
Itâs not the typical âlow, med, hiâ settings that most grinders use. It has a more detailed range of intensity when deciding how powerful youâd like the grinder to be.
In conclusion, this is a very nice HEAVY DUTY grinder.
Itâs FAST, WELL MADE, and PAIN FREE!!

Good nail grinder for dogs
I like this grinder. It’s quiet and has a strong motor that is perfect for doing my dog’s nails. She doesn’t like it no matter how quiet it is but she lets me do it and the fewer things that spook her, the better. Charges fast and holds that charge between grooms. The grinding stones included seem like they will last a long time. Overall, a good nail grinder that I’d buy again.
