Wish I’d have started this years ago.
That was my dogs would be more used to it, because it is so much more efficient in the nail care routine. Especially because I’ve got 4 big ole girls with (math math math) I dunno, feels like about a million nails between them. This diamond bit chews through the keratin crazy fast, so you can get to the quick before you realize it. I love how long diamond files last and with care, this one should be around for years. One thing to be mindful of is heat generation, especially if you’ve not used a product like this with your dogs before.OH and as with all diamond plated products, this has a small break-in period where it cuts more aggressively. So after a couple of uses, don’t mistake it as being dull. It’s actually reaching the grit it’s supposed to be, if you’ve broken it in properly.Definitely can and will recommend this to any pet parent!

I used it as a curved abrasive drum sander, worked great!
I needed a drum style abrasive bit to knock down the edges of part with a 1/4″ bullnose. This tool let me get on there and smoothly take out some burrs. It did not show any significant wear after using it, so I can only imagine how long this would last grinding down dog nails!I’m very happy with it!

Love the diamond nail grinder!
This is a great gadget for grinding my dogs’ nails. It doesn’t heat up like the cardboard sanding sleeves, so it doesn’t bother the dog as much. The concave surfaces make it easy to get the nails nice and smooth, so they don’t catch on fabrics or scratch my skin. Highly recommended if you use a grinder for dog nails (and you should).

Dremel fit dog nail grinder
My dog has finally agreed that I can use a grinder for her nails and it is so much nicer imho than just clipping them, it allows to make smooth work. I have been using a small device that is used for people manicure that I found online which is very quiet and doesn’t create much vibrations, less than my dremel with which I started. When I saw this grinding bit specifically made for dog nails I thought I have to try itTo summarize:- it works- it fits in a dremel with the 1/8th” shank as they say- not sure why there are two grooves, as I will only work on one nail at a time, so this could be shorter, the extra length essentially get in the wayIt works ok with my dremel, however I did not realize that my regular tools use a thinner shank and so this doesn’t fit those which is entirely up to me as the thickness is stated correctly for the product.

It works great but my dog does not love it
I ordered the Asozeer Dog Nail Grinder & Trimmer Bits for Dremel and while I was able to get a few nails done on my dog he was not a fan. It was Gentle with Precise Control but the noise and vibration was not a hit. But that is on my dog not the product. My daughter used it on her dog and she had great results.

Simple tool that made our pup’s life a bit easier
Seems to be solid build quality and finished well. Easily attached to our corded Dremel. We’ve been using standard Dremel wheels for our pup’s nails so he is used to the sound. This made things a lot easier as it is designed for nails specifically. I liked the scooped end for topping things off. I think it will get a lot of use!

Small and ridiculous
So small it was impossible to use. Maybe for a miniature dog but I donât think so

Got the Bather’s Approval
I handed this off to our salon’s only full-time bather and told her to report back after a week. It just so happened to be the week before Thanksgiving, so we were slammed with walk-in nail trims the whole time. There probably isn’t a better durability test! She says she loves it and it does a great job getting nails down super smooth, but she does have to use a little more force or crank up the dremel to a higher speed to get it to work most efficiently. I find this to be true about diamond bits in general. The paper nail grinders are faster but the diamond bits get a nicer finish.I got a second bit from another company at the same time to do a comparison (the Diamond for Dremel Bit for Dog Nails from the TXZGM Store) and noticed that the grain on this model is a little smoother. I’m not a huge fan of the shape with the double curve, but the bowl on the end is nice for rounding off nail tips and the flared edge is GREAT for getting between the nail edge and the paw pad on dogs that have nails growing close to their pads.
