What a waste of shipping costs. Thankfully, Amazon covers the shipping both ways
The worst quality possible. The suction cups have zero suction. The only thing that sticks is the sticker. The glue they use is horrible for your floors, doors, etc. as the sticker will remove any coating or paint or anything you have on the surface. Just garbage quality stuff to make a quick buck.The rope toy broke in the first go when my dog tugged. The single suction cup doesn’t work at all.In the pictures, the seller shows that the rope is smooth and strong, which is completely fake. They use cheap products to assemble the products.Just avoid this seller and their products.

Suction cups don’t hold on tile
I really like the product. It’s sturdy at the base and I think the suction cups would be great if I could attach it to a window, but my aggressive tugging GSP would likely just rip the glass out. I put some Yuck! stuff on the rope so he wouldn’t chew it up (that was his go-to when he couldn’t tug the ball, just cut the cord) and that deterred him for a second. I think it would be great for a tugger who wouldn’t tear out a window. It didn’t hold on to the tile for more than a few minutes. He’d have chewed up the ball quickly if I let him have it. It’s a nice product, just incompatible with my tile and aggressive chewer/tugger.

Great concept – poor quality
I was really excited to get this for my puppy, to give him something to “work” on…however, the suction comes up fairly easily, and isn’t always equal on both sides, even when pressing down as hard as possible before pushing down each lever. The levers are also made of fairly cheap plastic and after 10 minutes my puppy had them chewed up. The toys themselves, while a great idea, are pretty flimsy as well, and I’m sure aren’t going to last very long. My puppy isn’t even 4 months old yet, so it’s not like he’s incredibly strong or heavy. Also, the rope toy that came in the package has already come unwound after one evening of playing with it…It just doesn’t seem like it is worth the cost of the product sadly 🙁

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
This was the biggest waste and I wish I would have read the reviews first. I have a 70lb shepard mix and he tore the ropes attached to the toys with 1 bite. The suction cups have zero suction, the description says its strong enough to hold 175lb. That’s false. It just comes unattached to whatever surface you have it on after 2mins. This is marketed for aggressive chewers and to be durable which it is not.

Seems well built… can’t speak on the durability as I have just opened the bag. I will update soon.-update March 1 2023- The ropes with the silicone parts have held up pretty good and are only showing wear on the rope. She has found the spot where the rope is connected together and chewed right through it. so i simply tie and retie it as necessary. The suction handle thing still works for a while but falls off anywhere between 30sec if the dog plays with it, to several days if not (no matter how clean you get the glass) never worked on wood flooring but didnt expect it to . Our pup got bored and didn’t use it when put on the handle thing but loves to play tug with us. For reference these toys have been through a black lab mix she is almost a year old now and is quite the chewer. If a toy shows weakness she is going to destroy it. Overall I’d give the rope toys 4.5 stars and the handle 2 stars just my opinion ð.

Literally nothing works?
The adhesive squares wouldnât adhere to any surface (hard wood, tile, laminate) the suction cup toy also wouldnât actually stick on anything regardless of approach (dry, wet, mild amount of force, full adult body weight) so the whole purchase was a waste of money.
