Training to be a Therapy dog
We rescued a golden retriever mix fr the shelter. Bellah is such a sweet & trainable dog, that I decided to train her to be a therapy dog. I needed a lightweight, durable harness that would be comfortable for her & easy to put on. This is PERFECT! It stays on securely & fits perfectly! Everytime I pick it up, Bellah runs over & sits, & eagerly waits for me to put it on. She loves her harness & loves working in it. I love the Velcro patches that come with it.Great, affordable product!

A Really Great Dog Harness At A Very Low Price!
We have purchased this great dog Harness (twice now) for our German Shepherd puppy. This dog harness is very strong and durable. The 3 metal leash rings are very large and strong (we use the 2 side rings to hang ID and microchip tags from). The 2 strong adjustable straps have a lot of room for growth, and the reflective stripe on the front strap is a nice safety feature. The pink color is very bright, and it looks great on our furry little girl. The best part about this harness is that it is very easy to put on and remove. Once the 2 straps are initially adjusted, this harness slips on and off over the dog’s head in 3 seconds. Then just clip the buckle on the rear strap. We don’t use the Velcro backed tags at all, so I can’t really comment on them, but they are a nice addition if you have use for them. The anti-pull feature works to a point for the average dog, but if you have a large dog that pulls really hard a more “professional” type of dog harness or collar might be a better choice.Like I mentioned before, we have purchased 2 of these great dog harnesses now. Our German Shepherd puppy outgrew the first (small sized) dog harness before she could wear it out, and now she is on her second (medium sized) dog harness. As soon as she outgrows this current dog harness we will purchase a third one of these (large sized) dog harness, and then an Xtra large dog harness if/when necessary. If anyone is looking for a good looking, durable, and easy to put on dog harness, for their dog, then look no further. This is the dog harness that you and your dog need.

Improvement seen
Getting the best fit for my dog took awhile even when I ordered the right size. My rescue pitbull is reactive and came with Valium from the shelter. Off drugs and actually better. So, I gave the product a workout. She is still in training and the harness helped. If you want 100% improvement, you won’t evver find that solution. Dogs need training. She still pulls but is easier to control. I am waking my old dog with her, so control is very important. When I can sense that she is about to overreact to people etc, I call stop , can quickly grab the handle and cover her eyes. Anxious dogs are overstimulated. Once she is calm and adjusted to home, she will be able to handle formal training. She went crazy with prong collar and this harness helped me keep her and others safe. With a more normal dog, I would likely be able to fully train the dog with just the harness, leash, and patience. The harness is strong and easy to put on. My dog is obviously very comfortable. I only use for walking, so she associates the harness with something she loves.

3rd time buying and love it
I had a pink harness the first time around my service dog of 11 yrs used it for 8 yrs on and off she never minded it it grew with her as she got older alwayse fit comfortably and never bothered her. when she passed away i retired her vest and got a new one for my new service dog in training he know when that vest goes on it is time to be serous. he loves it i love the handle on it it gives me more controll i also bought a guyed handle for my balance with my pinched nerve and it clipped right on it no issues he dose not mind it. i added a pouch to it that velcrows to the side and it fit perfect it holds all my medical stuff. my dog stays pretty cool in it in the summer its not overly hot. he can put a sweater on under it for winter. it is perfect he is a labradoodle 75 pound and the medeum fit perfectly for him even when he was 50 pounds it has just grown with him it will still go quite abit bigger so i think this vest will last for a good 4 to 5 yrs as long as i take care of it right. i recomend this all around great vest verry good quality for am amazing priceUpdate 12-6-2023Needed a bigger harness Labradoodle grew out of his and still i love this harness it is alwase perfect. i will buy this harness any time i need it. has perfect attachment loops for a handle and i love the patches they last even after being washed.

Could use a few tweaks
I really wanted to love this harness, but I only kinda like it. With a couple of tweaks I think I would love it. Itâs the easiest harness to put on of any we have tried. Thatâs my favorite part. The leash attachment rings on the sides are supposed to help with pulling, but they donât really deter our hardhead much. Sheâs a pit/husky mix, born to pull, and the side rings arenât off to the side far enough to keep her from being able to still get some leverage. She canât pull AS hard as with a regular harness, but she can still take you for a drag if youâre not careful. The other tweak needed is with the ring that holds the front strap in place. It has too much wiggle room and tends to slip out of place. Itâs one of those elongated metal loop thingies, and the stitching that holds it in place is just loose enough that it can twist around so that the stray bunches into the short end of the ring. Not sure how to explain it better and not currently able to take a picture. If the side leash rings were lower and the front strap didnât bunch up where it attaches to the body of the harness, I think this would be a 5 star harness. It is solidly made, I love the handle size and placement, the ease of taking it off and on, the padding, etc. But we had to switch back to our other no-pull harness because this one just isnât no-pull s as-is.

This is Juno, she weighs about 10lbs and is wearing a size Small. This is on the smallest possible setting and is a little too big for her currently. But she will size into it as she grows.I donât like that it clips on the side, as opposed to the back because putting it on is annoying for her. But the front and neck is shaped so that with the right training the dog could walk its head through and assist with putting on the harness. Otherwise itâs nicely made, reflective and sturdy. The purple is much more dark and muted than the photo, which is disappointing.
