Helps remove static from kittyâs hair, especially in winter.
This brush is pretty awesome. It works very well for removing shedding hair, but it also takes away the static my kitty gets from the house heater running in winter – I literally get shocked by petting him. Steerpike, my kitty, likes to have his hair brushed with this item. After brushing, his coat looks so much nicer, and the static is gone. I would recommend having a lighter hand on the steam part of the brush, meaning I donât use steam on his entire coat, because it does deposit some water onto kitty. Steerpike doesnât mind the way I use the brush, so I guess Iâm doing it right.With its ease of use, and the fact that it removes the static from his coat, Steerpike highly recommends this brush.

Love the slicker brush part… Not sure about the “steam” part.
I’m giving this pet hair steamer brush a 4 star review, simply because the self-cleaning function is amazing. I’m not so sure about the “steam” which is more of a water mist – the cat hates it, but that might have to do with needing to learn a better technique. Here’s the breakdown:- The slicker brush is large but comfortable to hold. The shape is different from the combs I usually use, so the cat did NOT run away when I approached with the tool.- The teeth on the brush are small metal hooks that are extremely effective at removing pet hair, dirt and dander. The hooks help to reach the undercoat so you can effectively reach all the loose hairs lingering below the surface.- The push button self-cleaning feature is my favorite part – it works perfectly! The brush cleans itself at the touch of a button (see video). It’s smooth and easy to operate, even if you have small or weak hands.- The water is easy to put into the machine. The set includes a small bottle to make it even easier.- The unit is USB-C rechargeable and the tool comes with a power cord for recharging.- The water spray function operates easily, just push a button to spritz.- The spray comes out very fine, like a mist – but it is not steam. My cat had a small wet spot at the center of the spray area, and was not happy about it.- If I try the water function again, I will use the spray at a greater distance from the cat and then go in with the slicker to avoid getting too much water on it.- Overall, I’m really happy with this pet hair steamer and slicker brush because of the incredible functionality of the self-cleaning feature. It’s the best slicker brush ever, but I’m not sure I will be able to make the “steam”/spray work with an uncooperative cat. If you have a more cooperative animal, it looks like it would be very effective.

Decent brush
This is a decent brush for brushing out my German shepherdâs loose hair during the week to minimize her shedding around the house between more heavy-duty grooming on the weekend. I have another brush thatâs similar, and compared to that one, this one feels kind of cheap. The main body of the brush is made of a thin plastic, and the wire bristles of the brush are thin and flimsy enough to get bent up if stored incorrectly. It gets the job done, but Iâm not betting this brush will last a while.

Fast charging, cool mist, clever hair release
This steamer brush is fantastic. I plugged it in to charge right out of the box and a red light lit showing it was charging. The light went out when it was done and it took about 20 minutes. The instructions say to dispense 30mL of water into the reservoir, accessed by removing the white plug on the right side of the brush. The water dropper that came with it doesn’t have any measurement markings on it, but I assumed the full dropper bottle was probably 30mL, so I filled the dropper and emptied the whole thing into it. I plugged the reservoir, pressed and held the power button on the left (a green light came on at this point) and voila! Immediate cool mist. I am glad it’s not a heat steamer – I was actually nervous that it would be too hot for a kitty. The best part of the design is the center button that pushes a plate foward, releasing every bit of combed fur collected on the brush. The brush can definitely be used without the steam function and it works really well. It’s a great deal for the price. I’m totally happy with it.

This cat steam brush is great quality for the value. Unfortunately, my cat is scared of the âsteamingâ feature so I will not be using that feature in the future, but I did test it out and it worked great. I like that it is a self-cleaning brush because it makes it so much easier with a cat who does not like to be groomed so that you do not have to stop brushing for such a long time to just empty a brush out. My only complaint and what made this 4 stars instead of 5 stars, was that there were no instructions on how to use this at all on the box or in the box at all. And when you scan the QR code on the box, the product is not even listed on the site it takes you to. I had to go look at previous reviews of this product, to figure out how to open the steam tank function.

My Cats Love this Brush
I ordered this brush because my cats enjoy this type of wire brush, sometimes too much…as they will rub their face against it and not allow you to brush them! I liked that this brush had protective plastic on the tips of the wire tines.The steam function would really be better described as a cool mist…no worries of scalding your cat here, the mist comes out cold. It is a good feature to introduce moisture to your cat’s coat while brushing them.Probably the best feature of this brush is the button that pushes the cat hair off of the brush for easy clean up. This feature works perfectly, and makes clean up a snap.

This cat steam brush is a 3-in-1 grooming tool for detangling, shedding, and cleaning pets. It uses steam to remove loose hair and smooth coats but might scared pets with the hissing sound. The self-cleaning feature is convenient, but moisture retention can lead to mold if not dried properly. Itâs a useful tool but requires careful maintenance.

El material es de silicona y ABS, teniendo las puntas de las cerdas de goma, redondas, suaves y agradables al tacto, po rlo que no dañan en absoluto la piel del animal. Cuando se termina de usar, lleva un botón que hace que las puas se retraigan pudiendo recoger todo el pelo que hay en el cepillo dejándolo a la vez limpio y listo para seguir usándolo con eficacia.
