Not a fun cat toy
My cats hate this thing. The unnecessary clicking while you feel in the fish scares one of my cats. When you expand the rod, it will potentially fall apart on you.

Makes my cat move
What I like is my cat goes crazy for the fish on the end! What I dislike is how the string gets tangled very easy so it takes some getting used to to use it and not have to stop and untangle the string. Overall though a great toy for an active kitty. The clicking sound the real makes is an added sensory feature for the cat so itâs a winner

My cat absolutely loves this toy. We got it when she was a little kitten and now she’s over 1 yr. She begs to play with it and comes running when she hears the sound of the “reel”. We just tied a new fish on after a while. Still works great!

Doesnât Cast
This is cute, and the cat loves it, but I was under the impression that you could âcastâ with it, and reel it back in. You can reel it in, but then you have to manually pull the line back out, and âthrowâ it. If you looking for something to cast with, this is not it.

Broke after a year
So sad this broke! I got it for my cat and it was definitely one of her favorite toys. She loved the noise it made when we reeled in the fish. The toy fish didnât rip, but the fishing pole snapped in half after a while. Itâs not very durable, but it is really fun

You can’t tell by picture but this pole extends out. It’s small when you get it and you have to pull the pole out. You use the handle to bring the string back in. The fish is velvety soft. Our kittens went nuts over this toy.
