Even though the company was very good about replacing it
I bought another brand at a pet store that doesnât carry the Flexi brand. The other brand did not do well. The retractable lead locked up on me after about a week of use. Even though the company was very good about replacing it, Iâm still leary of that brand. Iâve had several Flexiâs through the years and only had one to break and that was after many years of use.

Leash is great but wrong length. Add clearly states it’s for 8 meter but they sent me 5 meter twice. They dont seem to understand the difference.
