I would say, “Aggressive Chewer” is an understatement when describing our fur baby Odin. He is THE DESTROYER OF WORLDS well, at least the destroyer of all things stuffed with squeakers. We have literally spent thousands of dollars on pet toys and chew toys for him and his sister Athena. Bullys are like that, so when I saw this GoDog Dragon Skinny Squeaker toy, I didn’t have high hopes for it lasting for than a day or two.To my amazement, this thing is a BEAST of a plush toy! Odin plays with it every single day and it still squeaks! No fluff coming out anywhere. Nothing and we’ve now had it for 7 months or so! He almost babies it when playing tug of war, my guess is because he loves it so much. The most amazing thing is the squeaker though, it’s not the average tiny round squeaker found in most toys, it’s long, about the size of a toilet paper roll, and I’m sure it has been punctured hundreds of times yet, keeps squeaking like it was brand new!We’ve had really good luck with most of the GoDog plush toys but this dragon is by far the most durable and the one he seems to enjoy the most. I definitely recommend if you also have a “Destroyer of Worlds”living with you.

We have a 1-year-old cattle dog who LOVES to chew and LOVES to play tug. She is 60 pounds of pure muscle, and can chew through a supposedly tough toy in minutes.So first and foremost, we do NOT leave toys out for her to play with unsupervised, because she would destroy them in short order, no matter how “chew-proof” they purport to be.We use this lovely dragon for games of tug, and it is very durable for that use. The long body gives you some room to get a good grip while keeping your hands at a safe distance (really important when your dog gets as excited about tug-o-wars as ours does). And it can withstand long sessions of really powerful tugging and pulling with ease.Now as far as chewing goes, it is above average. Occasionally our pup gets a chance to sit down for a chew (usually when we get distracted after a game of tug and forget to put it away), and she always goes for the frills along the back, and the wings. She can chew a small hole in the toy within 5 minutes or so, but with most toys like this, she’d have the wings off entirely within the same period of time. So I give it a fairly good rating for its strength, but know that if you have a power chewer like ours, it’s still not a toy that you can just leave around for unsupervised chewing.We are on our third dragon in a year, which is a pretty good record. It is among the best toys we’ve found for playing tug.

These GoDog toys are tough! I have a Golden Retriever who is related to a buzz saw when it comes to stuffed toys, But not the GoDog toys. Right now he’s walking around with a little purple GoDog dinosaur I ordered by mistake. He sleeps with it all the time and whimpers when he can’t find it.But the really good story about these GoDog toys, is how my six year old rescue, Stella, a Corgi and Australian cattle dog mix, reacted to them. Stella was so scared when she came to live with us. She’d flinch if you reached your hand out and just hid under the table. She didn’t play at all and I’d been told she was abused, evident from the bruises the vet found. She’d been with me about three weeks, spent mostly under the table, when one day I was on Amazon and thought I’d take a look at the GoDog toys and ordered the green dragon for her and a purple dinosaur for Luke, my Golden. When it came I just put it near her under the table with a cookie. She nuzzled it and turned away. But that evening she came trotting into the living room with her green dragon, just shaking it and biting it to hear the squeaker. When it squeaked, she took off like a crazy thing and then ran back to get it. Stella was playing!!!! I had tried lots of toys and she just turned away from them, but that green GoDog dragon was just what it took to bring her out from under the table. These are tough toys and stand up well. So durable!
My aggressive chewer loves this toy. Have had this for a few months now. Since the squeaker is the entire torso of the toy, it’s not stuffed except for the head. Best kind of squeaker IMO cuz they can’t surgically remove it. Crinkly wings are just enough to entertain. Cute design too.

I have purchased this make of toys before, having a large dog I find a lot of toys are broken quickly. This toy is a great design, special chew guard technology, has different colours and tactile feel of raised dots, its long lasting and fun, the squeaker is still working and despite regular heavy use it’s still totally intact and looks like new. Fabulous make would absolutely buy again
