I love these collars as they are nice and thick and strong. The lettering is very easy to read. No need for a dog name tag, which can fall off and get scratched up. I just bought another one for my new pup.

Positives – fast delivery got here sooner than expected. The colors are great and it seems like a nice sturdy collar.
Cons – the sizing seems off – i ordered the same size as my dogs other collars which fit perfects but this one is to big and now that i have to size it all the way down it about covers the name and phone number.
All in all seems like a great product though.

These collars are a great idea for active dogs who can rub off tags sewn to collars or wear down ones that are jangling from a ring. However, make sure to take a screen shot of your order when you place it. I was excited to receive the embroidered collars for our two dogs today, but when I opened the package I was really disappointed to see that both of them have the same incorrect digit in the phone number. It didn’t occur to me that my Amazon receipt wouldn’t reflect the customization for each of the collars, but it doesn’t. I have reached out to customer service, to ask them to access to it. I’d like to get these right. They are otherwise great collars and just what we were looking for.
