Got it for if my kitty gets lost!BUT, IT IS “NOT” A GPS!!!!It doesn’t help you find you kitty/puppy, it allows anybody that finds your kitty/puppy, to be able to get in touch with you! Doesn’t help, if you kitty/puppy were stolen!!! Or nobody finds them!!! Or someone just decides to keep them,l????Or, if someone, doesn’t realize there is even a wr code on the back!!!

Does not track pet!
Falsely lead to believe this was a a tracking device for the cat but it does NOT track the pet. It will only show the petâs location if a person finds the pet and scans the tag, which NO ONE is going to know to do that. Gave this as gift to my mother so I am very disappointed!

We have been gifted a new puppy that came with this attached to its collar. I loaded the associated application on my phone and immediately recognized the utility of this idea. Registering the tag was easy the site allows for owner information and even a picture of your pet. You have the option of flagging the tag and your pet as missing. If the tag is scanned the application capture the location of the scan, a very useful feature. I like the tag so much that I bought three more for all of our dogs. Even the sixteen-year-old gets one.Highly recommended.

I mean… Okay? Misleading product
I got this because it really appeared as if there was some GPS capability. It REALLY made it seem like that in the description. The only GPS is if someone scans it, it will show your address on their phone map which is… OK? There are neat bits of info if you scan like what your pet likes and a note for whomever found them, but….a) Only works if the person knows how to scanb) Doesn’t really do much more than a regular tag with a number and name on it.We just kept it as one additional piece of information I guess. We ended up getting an engraved tag with his name/our number on one side, and “CHIPPED/INDOOR ONLY” on the other.I guess once Nemo is bigger we will get a proper GPS/air tag, but they’re all ENORMOUS on our 3 month old baby. All in all it’s kinda useless. Oh and I’m featuring a picture of my cat just so someone else will read this 😛

Small, and quiet, but didnât last long
The tag itself is plastic and after a year and six months broke where it hangs from the ring. Upgrading to another brand with a metal tag for longer use.
