I used this on my dog after I noticed that he had a small scratch on his nose, most likely from my cat that he won’t leave alone. It worked well and it didn’t seem to bother him at all, but he kept wanting to lick it all off which defeats the purpose.

So, my dog doesn’t hate much, but she hates this product, too bad. I think I’m going to put some in my fingers next time and try it that way.Pros: she was very dehydrated and sunburned from visiting a friend. It was in the triple digits and the UV index was about 11 everyone had issues. Her nose cracked, bled, lost all the fur and her skin turned white. Yeah scary, but within about 3 days it was mostly healed and kept improving. It also is great a preventative during and extreme weather. Also, I don’t smell anything, thank goodness.Cons: obviously she doesn’t like it. And the lid isn’t very tight so the base will slip off. But that’s has nothing to do with it’s effectiveness.I don’t care if it makes her nose soft. I want her to be healthy and it works.

Have tried several products for our senior Weimaraners nose- this tube is big and oversized and is so much easier to use for a large Breed dog. Happy to report his nose is clearing nicely.

Nice product
This product is really good quality, odorless, and doesn’t bother my sensitive dogs. Usually, my dogs would bury their faces into their bed, trying to rub off any balm or smell, but this one doesn’t bother them at all. Plus, it’s a good size and great value for the price.

when trying to put this on my bulldogs nose it falls out so I have to rub it on my fingers . its soft , and doesn’t have a chemical smell .
