Manuka Honey: Known for its powerful antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, Manuka honey can help calm allergy-related skin issues, reduce redness, and accelerate the healing of irritated skin.
Tallow: Deeply nourishing and protective, tallow hydrates dry skin, soothes hot spots, bug bites, and minor wounds, while helping with itch relief through its anti-inflammatory benefits.
Olive Oil: A natural emollient that locks in moisture, olive oil strengthens and nourishes your dog’s skin, leaving it soft, hydrated, and resilient.
Coconut Oil: Provides deep hydration to itchy, irritated skin and hot spots, restoring moisture to sensitive areas like paws and noses.
Shea Butter: Soothes and hydrates dry, cracked skin, while alleviating itching and discomfort, especially for dogs with dander or seasonal allergy flare-ups.
Each of these powerful, natural ingredients works together to soothe, hydrate, and protect your dog’s sensitive skin, offering effective relief from allergy symptoms and irritations.
How to Use Honey Guard Allergy & Itch Relief Dog Healing Balm: Clean and dry the affected area, then twist the stick to reveal the balm and apply directly to itchy or irritated spots. Gently massage in, if desired, and reapply 1-3 times daily or as needed for ongoing relief, ensuring your dog doesn’t lick the area immediately after application.
With every purchase of Honey Guard Allergy & Itch Relief Dog Healing Balm, we donate 3 meals to shelter dogs in need, helping to support and care for pups waiting for their forever homes.

Nice ingredients, good price, great feel!
When ordered this “iHeartDogs Honey Guard – Allergy & Itch Relief Dog Healing Balm for Paw, Nose & Skin – Manuka Honey, Tallow, Shea Butter & Mango Seed Oil – 2oz” was listed as $9.99 which seems very reasonably priced for the great ingredients it includes! Since it is dry out I actually used this on my hands. It felt nice and did not cause any issues on my sensitive skin so I can tell it would not cause any issues for my dog and would be calming and soothing for itchy spots when they arise.**Note** I received this item at a reduced cost as part of the Amazon Vine Program in exchange for my honest review. Vine products are not free, as their value is taxed as income. I review items based on if I had purchased them for the full list price, how I would feel about them, the things I would want to be made aware of, and whether or not I would be keeping the item based on those factors.

Works well, but temperature sensitive
I like this product. I only gave 5 stars because I have to keep it in the fridge. If itâs left at room temperature it gets goopy consistency- almost like it âmeltsâ.

Works on my skin too
iHeartDogs Honey Guard – Allergy & Itch Relief Dog Healing Balm for Paw, Nose & Skin – Manuka Honey, Tallow, Shea Butter & Mango Seed Oil – 2oz. This ride very quickly after ordering in an Amazon envelope. It is exactly as described. I like the fact that it is a roll on stick so it’s easy to quickly swipe it across the top of your dog’s nose when the nose is dry and cracked. And it was softening her skin so well after the first night that I did try it on my heels and they were much more comfortable than they had been. I think it’s going to end up being used more for me than the dogs. But I like having it around because my dog does get itchy feet every now and again they both get itchy bellies occasionally as well. This is a good product that seems to help with the itchiness as well.

so far so good!
I’m using this on the irritated patches of skin my dog has that are exacerbated by the cold and dry winter weather. She has notoriously itchy and dry skin as it is, so winter is tricky for her. This balm stick is really convenient (and easier/less messy to use than neosporin, which I’d been using), and even straight from the cold, is smeared well on her bald spot areas. She can’t really access those areas to lick, although she seemed interested and smelled it when I put it on, but ultimately left it alone.I’ll update if I see any specific benefits on her, anecdotally, but so far I just know it’s gentle and easy to apply.

Time will tell!
So far this seems great – it goes on smooth and isn’t sticky or smelly. The only issue issss my dog seems to find it delicious so we’ll see if it works well enough or if he just licks it all off.

Takes the edge off of the itch
This stick seems to help my dogs itchy spots. His itchy skin gives him problems more often than not and he’s on meds and shots for it. But anything we can add to help ease his irritation is a huge bonus. This is easy to apply, rubs on like a deodorant stick. It seems to give him a nice gentle coating that takes the edge off of his spots.

feels nice
Doggie approved. My girl gets really itchy spots under her stomach and back behind her front paws. I put this on her and she stopped itching right away. I like the way it feels, not to oily, but just enough to hydrate dry areas. I like it doesn’t have much of a scent, she kind of just keeps away from licking it off. Good product!

Watch Where You Put it and How Much You Use
My elderly dog has allergies and gets itchy ears every summer and fall. Iâm looking forward to trying this next summer when his allergies flare back up. I appreciate the clean ingredients list, but dogs can only have cacao butter and olive oil in small doses, so you have to be careful where you put this and how much you apply it in a place they can lick. The applicator on this is a really great design. Just twist the bottom and more comes to the top as needed. Itâs nice that it has a screw down cap too, so it wonât pop off and get lost. So far Iâm happy with this, as it should work for my intended purposes. If we end up having any issues with this once I can use it, I will come back and update this review. Good value for price.
