long lasting compared to other models
I have a mini poodle, he loves interactive toys. I bought the other one the smaller. He loves it, but it doesn’t last even a week because where the strings are attached is a weak point. So I tried this one. It’s been 2 days and it’s still intact. I added a string to prevent him from biting the hook. I recommend it.

Puppy was freaked out
Got this to hopefully distract the puppy and give him something to do and he just decided he had to protect us from it. Might be fine for others but he was not a fan.

Not for me
There is actually nothing wrong with this, but based on my own experience and a lot of other reviewers it may be a little much for your dog. It is a little heavy for a small dog like our yorkie and it freaked out our Great Pyrenees. The action was just a little intense for her.

Heâs not been this excited about a new toy since the hamster singing ball.I fear we may not be safe. When he finally gets âdrunkâ from spinning, he launches the ball. 5 feet high and 6 feet away. I may need a catchers mitt. 🙂

Too scary for my little pom
My pomeranian was afraid of it. All she did was bark at it. I also think it’s a little bit heavy for a small dog. I will be returning it.

Durable Self-Play Toy
We ordered several self-play toys because we added a puppy to our family. This is the only one that has held up to two French Bulldogs.

Fun Toy – Overwhelmed my Dog at First
Fun toy – recharges and has 3 modes of vibrating movement. When I first offered it to my dog and turned it on – it was a bit much. Subsequently we let her play with the toy in the “off” mode to get used to it – then, when we were able to interact with her while in the “on” modes, she found great fun with it. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that the “lightweight” rope that it came with (red/white) lasted about 15 min of her chewing before it was unwound and pulled apart. The second rope it comes with (gray) is apparently for aggressive chewers, because that was had survived well.
