Best pet hair removal brush
This is the best tool for removing dog hair from furniture and low pile carpets and rugs. Gets down into the fiber to pull out those fine hairs that have worked in and with the push of a button the brush is easily cleaned. I have purchased both sizes and only wish they would make one even wider.

Needs Reworking To Be Truly Self-Cleaning…
This brush ” self-cleans” by pushing a small panel of plastic out to the end of the tines when you press the button on the back. The problem with this is that the plastic doesn’t fully extend beyond the tines. At the top of the brush, a very small amount of the brush tips are still exposed even when the button is pressed, leaving me to have to work the hair off of that area and defeating the purpose of the self-cleaning mechanism. The second flaw of this brush is that it is very large and somewhat awkwardly shaped compared to the other Slicker Brush I purchased here on Amazon (Hertzko Self Cleaning Slicker Brush). These two issues make the brush, while by no means terrible, not as good as it should be.The good parts of this brush: The handle is comfortable to hold and feels nice in my hand. The tines were not bent/broken, as can sometimes be an issue with Slicker Brushes. The price was half of what I paid for the other Slicker I mentioned. These perks still don’t make up for the flaws, though, in my personal opinion. This brush gets a 3 star rating from me due to those issues, and I would recommend that those considering this brush take a look at the Hertzko instead (I got mine on a Lightning Deal and only paid $11, but it’s currently listed at $15 at the time of this review and is well work the extra money, in my opinion).

This slicker brush is super!
The last one I had by the same company was a size smaller — for a 42-lb dog. It had finally seen its days. So this one is a bit bigger, but no problem. It’s a great slicker brush, does the job and my dog actually likes being brushed with it!

Couldn’t find this in any of the local stores. Works great for large dogs with lots of hair to go through. The soft grip makes it nicer on the hands. Love the self-cleaning feature, which makes it super easy to get the hair out of the brush.

Dangerous brush can hurt a dog or cat. The bristles are sharp like needles. It was cheap so will not send it back. May use it to scrub gunk of my sidewalk but not on my pets.
