this toy saved my older cats’ sanity by distracting our over-active, stalking kitten…perfect for curious kittens, hours of activity….my older cats, not interested

Breaks within minutes
Received one as a gift and the tail broke off within minutes. The cat loved it and was able to enjoy it for a less than half a hour before the âtailâ broke off where it attaches to the ball. No replacements are available on Amazon, and Chewy charges almost $4.95 to ship two replacement tails that cost $5.49 which would practically double the cost and would likely not last for more than a few minutes. This is not good value, so I do not recommend it.

This is the second one of these toys we have bought as my cat loved the first so much. It is her favourite toy even after all these years. It’s gets bashed about a fair bit but is very sturdy and can take it. Would highly recommend for high prey drive cats who like to catch and release.

Our Maine Coon cats are absolutely crazy about this toy. They chorp on excitement as soon as I go to retrieve the toy. Unfortunately they’ve broken the first one within hours of playing and there are no replacement tails available in the UK. Buying a new ball every time the tail breaks isn’t ecologically sustainable

I bought this item for my cat he loves it. The only thing is the tail of it sheds quite easily. I wanted to buy some replacement tails and you can buy not in the uk which is quite ridiculous. I think you should stick the replacements as well.

My cat absolutely loves this toy. It is his favourite thing ever. Great to keep him distracted and stop him climbing curtains etc when you haven’t got time to play yourself. Only issue is he quickly started to destroy the tail and currently replacement tails are only available on the US market and not Europe. I hope they become available soon.
