Durable with a serious chewer and tugger!
I bought this 6 months ago. My dog is a very intense chewer. Overall it did quite well and after 6 months of her chewing on it all day long the end is starting to come off. The small nubs started coming off about a month ago but they’re so small and most of them ended up on the floor so I wasn’t too worried about it. It’s easy to clean, she likes chewing on it, and we throw it around a lot for her to run after. She also likes to use it as a pull toy which is why the end is coming off. I just bought another one. Is the only toy like this that has managed to last this long.

Husky loves this toy
My husky absolutely loves this toy and will spend hours chewing on it. She will eventually chew pieces off but takes months of continuous chewing so of course it doesn’t last forever. Great for hardcore chewers.

pretty solid chew toy.
I bought this to help keep my Pitbull’s teeth cleaned and keep her entertained. Some of the little nubs have been chewed off, but it is still keeping up. My dog is a power chewer and this toy is still holding up which is all i really need. The only thing i don’t like is its very heavy and dense which means when she throws it, it lands hard and she had nailed my glass coffee table a few times.

Not the best for a strong-jawed pup
Got 3 new toys at once, and this one was preferred by my dog. However, itâs not the Kong quality I was expecting. My 1YO American Bully chewed pieces off of it pretty quickly. Tossed the pieces and let the dog chew it down to a little less than half its original length.

Fantastic Chew Toy
My son’s dogs are voracious chewers and most of the “indestructible” chew toys last a few hours with them, at best. This dental stick, however, is AMAZING!!! I just place 6 to 8 pieces of their kibble in the grooves and they will work on it for an hour or more. As an added bonus, their teeth are getting clean too! We’ve had these for a few weeks now, and they are still very popular, and with it being so easy to put treats in them, I predict they will be a favorite for a long time to come. I highly recommend this toy for aggressive chewers.Update: 12/13 Almost 3 months after purchaseI was sorry to read about other people who have had a bad experience with this product. Normally, my son’s dog destroys toys in minutes, but not this one. I’m about to order a replacement, but only because it’s starting to stretch out, and some of the nubs are coming off.So, although it appears this chew toy is not for everyone, I’ve had a good experience with it, and so has another family member who has an aggressive chewer.

By Far the worst Kong Product
I have had many Kong toy varieties over many years for various dogs. I have some that are older than I can remember and in excellent condition.Because this product’s flexible, I thought it would be good for the gums and teeth and fun for my dog. HOWEVER, this item does NOT live up to the Kong name. The first time my dog tried it, some tiny pieces of plastic came off. Given it’s some kind of plastic, this was not unexpected. BUT, the second and third – and final – times I gave it to my dog, pieces larger than 1″ came off – certainly choking hazards, even for a large breed dog.I would recommend the Kong Dental classic style which lasts and lasts, but stay away from this. It’s like taking money and throwing it into the street and hoping you don’t have to throw more for the vet’s bill.Sorry, Kong company.

L’ho comprato per una cucciola di cocker, come oggetto da masticare durante il cambio dei denti, ma a lei non è mai piaciuto. L’ho riciclato come giocattolo da giardino per il mio maschio di pastore tedesco, il cane ideale per testare la robustezza e la durata di un giocattolo. Sono tre mesi che lo usa, ed è ancora intero. Se sopravvive all’inverno (il giocattolo, non il cane, ovviamente), entra di diritto nella lista dei giocattoli pastore-tedesco-resistenti. 4 su 5 perché dovrebbe essere un dental stick, ma in quella veste non è mai stato usato dai miei cani.
