I ordered a medium and was sent an extra small. The product was also a different color. I returned it and ordered again and the same thing to happen. The product runs small. It seems nice but they have terrible customer service. I ordered from a different supplier and returned the item again.

Nice harness but the size is competely wrong
I ordered 3 of these harnesses for my pugs, all size Large. I received the first one today and it’s size XS. My pug couldn’t get one of her legs into this harness. I gave it 2 stars because it seems to be a well-made harness, but why can’t the seller get the size right on a lot of their orders? I don’t even think my cat could fit into it. Disappointed.

Good harness, but sizing is way off
This harness design is exactly what I was looking for to replace a previous harness. This design works well for my beagle who loves to pull and this helps to keep her under control. The quality of the material was good and it looks like it will take a good amount of usage. Unfortunately, the size was just not going to work. I purchased a large, which always provides enough room, but I could not get it around my girl. According to the size chart, there should have been plenty of room to fit my dog. This harness would be best utilized for small dogs only as the sizes will not work for medium or larger dogs.
