Fun toy for pets!
My German Shepherd loves chasing the dot so this works great. Itâs brighter than I thought it was going to be which is good. Only drawback Iâve seen is that it doesnât get less bright when it needs charged, it just turns off. Thatâs only a small annoyance at best and this is a great product so far.

Good when it works
I really like the size of the red dot, it’s big and bold. I really like that the laser toy feels like a pen when you hold it, and I really like that it’s a USB rechargeable. I don’t like that it only works for a little while, it will be fully charged and then after 5mins of use it dies. Things just start getting fun w my cat, and then dead. It’s pretty annoying, and seems almost defective. J also don’t like the button – you have to hold it down all the time. It’d be better with an on/off switch. So for a red laser dot cat toy, it’s mediocre at best.

Very long lasting compared to my old one!
I used to go through disposable batteries so fast in our old laser pointer; this one lasts about five or six times as long! My young cat can actually get so worn out, she will lie down for a rest! I like the shape, easy to keep it handy. This rechargeable laser is so bright, strong and a great tool for kitty exercise routines. Well worth it!

Worthless garbage
Useless piece of trash. Bought the rechargable laser because my cat likes playing with the little coin battery lasers, and this lasted one whole charge before it no longer charges or even comes on. The blue activation light comes on but the red laser beam is dead. It doesn’t even charge anymore. Lasted a single use and then quit working. If you value your time and money, you will not waste it on this piece of junk. Would rate it negative stars if I could.

Catâs favorite toy
My cat goes bonkers for this toy. She wants to play with it several times a day, and it has been months! When I come upstairs at night she goes right to the spot where she likes to play with it.Having tried both the battery and the USB version, the USB version wins paws down, at least for heavy use. The battery one runs down the batteries too quickly, and as it runs them down, it gets harder to use. I feel like, as the batteries wear down, I have to press the button harder and harder to get the beam to stay steady. The USB one is much steadier. This wouldnât be an issue if you just used it occasionally.

Unfortunately disappointing
I purchased this hoping to use it for my cats. The dot made was large and clear, even in daylight, which was great for the cats. The issue is that it seemed like the battery died within five or so minutes of usage. After letting it charge overnight, it lasted about 30 seconds before dying again. I refunded my first one and ordered a replacement, which had the exact same problems. I’m not interested in getting a third. If not for this problem, it would be a good product.
