Useful and Versatile!
These blocks pair well with our kindergarten level math workbook, and my older kids love to use them to make patterns, too! They hold their attention for quite a while. The quality is great!

These blocks are so great. My 11 year old still has fun playing with these blocks with all the siblings.Pros:- Sturdy well made wooden blocks.-Bright vibrant colors-Hours of creativity and entertainment-Kids of all ages enjoy this toy-Unbreakable- Good amount of blocks included.- Lasts for years and years and more years!- Wonderful for classroom play- Great value for moneyConsAfter awhile the wood can splint. I dont think it’s any fault to the product or maker itself its just inevitable for a wood product. Blocks of fun
We bought this as a Christmas gift for one of our kids last year. For some reason it just got placed in the game closet and forgotten. We busted these out the other day and they were a hit. The whole family enjoyed building different patterns, trying to make neat designs – it really engaged my children’s imagination. At first they kept wanting to copy what Mom and Dad were making, but it wasn’t too long before they got the hang of it and were making their own cool designs. It is now one of the favorite toys in the house.I didn’t have any quality issues as reported by another reviewer – there was not color transfer, loose paint chips, uneven cuts, etc…They are all good quality and fit well together. They stack well to make 3D shapes and they keep the kids engaged. It’s nice to be able to find good quality toys that will last through the years and abuse that kids can put them through, instead of the cheap plastic blocks.

Great toy/activity!!
Great toy/activity for my toddler. These blocks are great. Nice shapes, sizes and colors and with 250 blocks there are plenty for making many different patterns. I saw the cards that are sold by Learning Resources and felt like they were more geometric patterns. But my daughter is only 2.5 years old, so I ended up ordering Learning Advantage 8837 Pattern Block Activity Cards Pack of 20 (also sold on amazon). These blocks work on those cards perfectly and Learning Advantage cards have simpler & nicer designs (i.e., rocket, car, owl, etc. instead of geometric patterns) for younger kids. She loved the blocks and made so many designs. With her own designs that she will make and more complex pattern cards available by Learning Resources and Learning Advantage, I am hoping for this to be a great toy for a long time to come.

Great set of blocks
Great value for money however the colours are not as vibrant as the photos. Green = forest green. Red = burgundy. That said, I really like the wooden pieces and these will make for great fun with the little ones and really spark their imagination.

Worth it
Although, the wooden pattern blocks are more expensive than the plastic ones for obvious reasons they are so worth it. I got these for my toddler along with the the pattern block shape sheets with animals. He loves playing with them and to be honest so do I and my older siblings (10 & 14). Something about these things are so fun to play with while also learning about shapes and colors. I find they are the perfect thickness as well I was worried they would be really skinny but rest assured these are quality pattern blocks.

Thick Tangrams!
We really like these tangrams!I originally purchased the Melissa & Doug pattern blocks which were fine. But these are MUCH thicker and with a more precise cut which is important if youâre planning to use them for math purposes like we do. I think they will last us a long time- theyâre thick and seem durable.They come in a plastic container with a lid that serves as the perfect storage. Iâve tried to attach a photo with one of the pattern blocks from this set with the same hexagonal shape from the M&D set we had previously purchased. IMO there is no comparison- these are better and worth the money.

Our whole family has found this activity fun. My 4yr old especially has liked it. Good quality and satisfying to handle – although we did get one wonky square! Still 5 stars though. I bought this pack because there were so many more in a pack than some of the other brands.
