Soft, Organic Cotton and Waterproof that Washes Well
I may quasi-qualify as some sort of mattress protector expert, after raising boys and running two Airbnbs. I purchased one of these to try on one of our twin beds and I was so impressed, that I bought another one for another of our beds. I likely won’t stop there, because I have several more beds to go! This mattress pad protector is of fantastic quality. It has a very fair price tag when compared to some other organic protectors. There was no odor when I removed it from the packaging. I followed the washing and drying instructions and it came out of both machines looking fabulous. The fitted aspect of it is nice and deep, fitting even our thick mattress nicely. The quilting is quite soft and there is zero slippery noise like so many other waterproof brands. I highly recommend you purchase one, unless I buy them all out first!

Exactly what I needed
I recently bought a new mattress and thought I may as well go ahead and get a good quality protector. In the past I went with a cheap version with unnatural materials and after waking up boiling and in sweats for nights on end in the middle of winter I realised it was the old protector, I threw that in the bin and slept soundly! SO I was hesitant with this one and decided to look for 100% cotton with the hope it would breathe and I wouldnât have this problem. Totally correct! It is a great addition to the mattress and I have no problem with regulating temperature and I know I can wash it if anything ever gets through the sheets and it wonât get to the mattress. It also doesnât add too much extra padding which is good because I prefer a firmer mattress like the one I bought and I was worried it would take away from that but it doesnât. A good breathable protector that does the job!

Literally most of it is plastic. Just the tiny top layer is organic cotton. It is also so hot and traps heat. I never sweated more than with this on. Greenwashing at its finest right here

We wanted to like this but after trying a few times on our guest bed one night we found it to be suffocating and removed it. The plastic layer that keeps it waterproof beneath the cotton creates a heat pad and it is highly uncomfortable. Unfortunately are now passed the return window so I regret we didn’t try earlier.
