Vibrant and Clear
Purchased these tags to replace metal ones that had become difficult to read after just a year. Also hoping to cut down on the noise of jingling tags which triggers one of my dogs to start barking. The tags are attractive & easy to read, look like they will last. Only problem was the loop to attach to the ring is quite thick, took about 10 minutes to get them onto the collar. They do hang low, so far hasnât been an issue. Happy with purchase for now.

I’m seeing a lot of reports about these not lasting and just thought I’d chime in to mention our own positive experience with this tag. The writing is still totally legible, there’s really no visible wear on this at all, and our dog has been wearing his full-time for almost a year now. He’s a young, active, large, mixed-breed dog… so maybe it’s just luck? At any rate, based on the experience we’ve had with the first tag — it being so cute and totally silent — I will probably get another for the puppy we’re about to add to our family.I saw some reviews mention that they had put it on without using one of the provided rings, just like… straight onto the collar’s D-ring. That is not the intended use, and I’m guessing it makes it prone to breakage. Also, I suspect the bone shape might not be as sturdy as the circle (we have the circle) due to simple physics. A circular construction is less prone to failure than a shape with all these dangly little curves on it, like a bone.Of course, if we get another tag and it breaks, I’ll update — but so far, I am 100% pleased with our boy’s silicone tag.
