A delightful board book
After having this board book checked out for two months straight, because my daughter loved it so, I knew it was time for us to own a copy ourselves. This book still read several times a week, and has someone managed to still be charming for both baby and adults ( a rarity indeed for how often we read it!). The oard book version has vibrant colors and high quality, glossy, hard pages. It has withstood my baby gumming it and attempts to naw at it while teething surprisingly well. So, no worries if your toddler or baby is hard on books. For those who are curious, it is slightly abridged compared to a paperback version, but not by munch. A couplet or two here or there. I think all but one image is in both books. Also, it is a smaller size than the picture book, but I find the size much easier to move around and to store away in a book basket or somesuch.

Madeline is an absolute classic that never loses its charm! The illustrations are stunningly beautiful, with vibrant colors and expressive details that perfectly capture the magic of Paris and Madelineâs adventures. Every page feels like a work of art. Toddler LOVES it
This book is an old classic – although the story is unexpectedly about having an appendix surgery. ð My toddler loves the rhyming and quotes chunks of it after just a week of having it. This book will always be a favorite of mine and I’m delighted she is so captivated.

Bought this for my granddaughter who will be 5 shortly. She absolutely loves this book. When it arrived I had to read it to her twice. Every time she visits it is the first book she requests. She loves the story and the drawings. It is fast becoming one of her favourite books.

O livro é lindo, bem ilustrado e realmente um belo artigo para coleção. A história é simples e divertida.
