Great rope toy
Itâs bigger than I expected it to be. I bought it for our corgi puppy who loves to chew. At first I was worried it wouldnât work for her until she was older but she loves it! She canât quite get her mouth all the way around it yet but that doesnât stop her from dragging it around and having a good game of tug-a-war with us. She will even go get this rope out of the toy box all by herself. Itâs very durable so sheâll get to play with it for a long time to come.

This is not the sturdiest rope toy I have purchased, but my dog absolutely loves it. You just kind of have to keep an eye out after a game of tug of war and not let him or her treat it as a chew toy. Perfect for larger dogs.

Itâs a rope butâ¦
It is inexpensive but nothing lasts long with my dogâs voracious chewing habits. It is his mission in life to destroy his toys. He is good at it. He made short work of this rope and enjoyed every minute. 3 stars because the rope is made up of long thick soft strings that he was easily able to pull out and swallow. That created some choking/gagging and struggles when the strings âexitedâ the other end.

Great for chewing and fetching
My puppy was chewing everything and this satisfied her urge to chew. As a bonus she also loves playing fetch with it. The rope is about 8 inches long overall, but only about 3 inches from the insides of one knot to the inside of the other knot. This is great for a puppy or small dog. My puppy loves to chew on this rope, especially at the knots. When we first got this rope we could play tug of war with it, but as she has grown, we eventually needed a longer rope for safety playing tug of war so my hands donât get too close to her mouth. We have had this one for about 3 months and it is holding up really well. It has survived the washing machine nicely. My puppy is a chihuahua mix and is currently 7 months old and about 10 pounds. She is probably an average chewer. Definitely not a dog that destroys a toy in a day.

Loved this rope for our puppy, now 3 year old dog. She’s been enjoying it since she was little and I love that the rope is softer and not as hard and stiff as other brands. It washes up really nicely in the washing machine as white can begin to look a little ratty after a while.
