Thankful for this product
For my second baby, I was able to work with a great lactation consultant who sized my nipples and I discovered I was even smaller than I thought at 17 and 15 mm. This product was great to add to a manual lansinoh breast pump that I had. I didn’t even bother with the flanges it came with since they were way too big. I use my manual pump during car rides amd it works well with this flange. I am able to fully empty my breasts and get a great output of sometimes 6 Oz or more for both breasts. It’s helped me feed my baby for the past 3 months and have a freeze stash. Thankful for this company to make this product since lansinoh doesn’t offer their own smaller flanges in this size.

All the breast pumps come with flanges that are absolutely enormous! My lactation consultant measured me and directed me to purchase this set that was compatible with my lansinoh pump. They flanges are very good. They fit my nipples and breast pump perfectly.
