Snuffle Ball Play Sniff Reward
What “wild ancestral urges” are you trying to satisfy?
It’s called the “prey drive” that has both been handed down genetically through the species as they came from wolves, and that we’ve trained them for hundreds of years to hunt for food, seek prey and destroy it. Vigorous play — shaking, flinging and dismembering — are all expected acts. The squeaker simulates the sounds prey made, triggering the destruction instinct. The trick is to know when to let them play, and when to take the toy away. And remember, toy destruction can also be a sign of boredom.

It’s a snuffle mat combined with a stress-relieving ball that hides treats for medium to large mouths, whether a puppy or adult medium to large-breed dog. This hide-and-seek puzzle toy is a great way to keep your dog engaged and occupied while also helping them develop their sensory skills looking for hidden treats as a reward during playtime! Folds of soft polyester fleece fabric hold small treats or even kibble for way-sensitive noses to sniff out and discover, hitting puppy paw-fection: play, forage, and reward.
Interactive toys engage pups in a way that requires action, decision-making, and responses. This snuffleball entices dogs, using their sense of smell, to find hidden treats within the folds. By stimulating their curiosity and rewarding them for their foraging behavior, the toy encourages dogs to actively search and solve the puzzle, providing both mental and physical interaction during playtime.
Place small treats, pieces or kibbles inside the folds and gently toss the toy. If a treat or two falls out it alerts the furkids of the treasure to be had, so much the better!
Variable depth makes puppy search harder: just push the treat-os in a little further
Stimulates the dog’s most important sense: smell, and helps little ones develop cognition, the definition of enrichment.
It’s exercise for the body and the brain
Machine washable, dry on low or no heat, or hand wash and air dry
Customers say
Customers find the pet toy keeps their dogs occupied and mentally stimulated. They find it great for interactive times like when we leave to go somewhere. The size is snug enough to hide treats in the folds and roll it to their dogs. Customers also like the treats, ease of washing, and idea. However, some customers disagree on the build quality and value for money.

Very well made.
My pup didn’t destroy it. He just figured out that he can shake it and all the treats fly everywhere. Not really a challenge for him…but still fun to run around and pick them up. Okay value for the money. He still sometimes brings it to me to fill up, depending on what kind of play he wants

Perfect Enrichment Toy for Curious Pups!
Oh boy, this was a hit! Our 12 lb. Maltese absolutely loves this snuffle puzzle ball. We use bits of kibble tucked into all the nooks and crannies, and sheâll play with it for a long time. The Good:* At first, she wasnât sure how to use it, but after some encouragement, she got very interactiveâtossing it around and having a blast.* Even when tossed, the treats donât fall out, making it a great challenge.* To start, we placed kibble near the top for easy rewards while she learned. Now we stuff it deeper to keep her engaged longer.* The blue color is a great choice, as itâs visually appealing for dogs (since they can see blue).* Itâs versatileâweâve even used it in her crate, and it worked perfectly as a distraction and enrichment tool.Final Thoughts: If your dog needs enrichment, distraction, or just a fun way to work for their treats, I highly recommend this toy. Itâs been a cool and different addition to our routine and our pup absolutely loves it!

Unique toy for dogs
This is a very durable toy in which you can put small treats or kibble in it and it’s supposed to keep your pup busy. My only issue with it is when he started playing with it, all the treats would come out. I jammed them down in there but the fabric did not want to hold them in. A definite cleaner version instead of using a Kong but my cavapoo lost interest and it quickly became just a soft ball we throw in the house. Still a good buy just not what it was intended for in my opinion.

Great time waster
This is a great toy with my only complaint our Ivy got the string untied that holds the entire ball together. We found a pile of pieces, all treats consumed and just stacked the pieces up and retied. Good as new.

really good calories/time ratio
My boy is on a diet, so we must be mindful of how much food he gets through his enrichment toys. Yesterday I shredded a piece of chicken breast (the size of my thumbnail) into smaller pieces and hid in this toy and it took my boy 5 minutes to work through them! This is also easy to wash in the washing machine as it has no plastic parts. It is also small enough to not take up much space in the cupboard and easy to pack to take with you on trips. The only downside is that you need to “hide” the pieces in the toy which takes some time.

Great for small dogs
My puppy loves to play with this. Itâs soft and plenty of spots for food or treats.

My dog did enjoy it, but it didnât last
I only used this toy 3 times, so it lasted 10 days, but still it didn’t survive past 3 times. My dog is a 14yr old you toy fox terrier, he weighs 10lbs & has arthritis. He used to be an aggressive chewer, but since heâs older his toys survive now. That translates to he really did enjoy this toy, taking the treats out & kept him busy. Unfortunately it didnât last, so these I believe theyâre called âsnuffle toysâ really do keep your dogs engaged & entertained. I can only give this one three stars because it didnât last long, but my dog enjoyed the three times he played with it.Itâs not about my dog being an aggressive chewer anymore since heâs 14, but heâs still a determined little guy with a lot of intelligence. So I recommend this toy for like stocking stuffers or because youâre going on a trip with your dog and only need it for a few times. Iâll still be looking for one thatâs going to last a little longer

My little pup loves this toy with hidden snacks he has to find. Itâs great entertainment for me and a great distraction for him. It keeps him busy! I would buy again.
