small size, and lasts a long time on one charge
This white noise machine is perfect for my baby. It has many great sounds and the light is just right. It’s also lightweight and portable. I found other similar ones, but they were very expensive. At a low cost, this one is perfect. I love it!

Tiny device puts out a lot of sound.
When I first turned it on it was putting out a lot of sound, and my immediate thought was, “I am not going to be able to go to sleep with that on.” Then I discovered the large volume button. Now it’s a dreamer. There are 10 sounds, and I especially like the sea waves, and the rain. Perfect. It charges up via USB-C so there are no batteries to replace. The bottom has control buttons. The center button is the on-off. The one above it is a light button which really illuminates down inside of the unit so it is not lighting up your room, yet it illuminates the inner top gently so you can enjoy that as well. Choosing which sound you prefer is easily done by toggling through the left and right buttons. Those buttons double as volume controls by simply pressing and holding on one of them. To the right is to increase volume, and the the left is to decrease it. The bottom button turns on the timer which gives you a choice of 15, 30, or 60 minutes based on how many times you press on it. That way there is no concern about it running all night depleting the batteries. So, it literally lulls you to sleep, and then goes off at the chosen time. All in all, highly, highly recommended.PS: I also have a small dorm room style refrigerator/freezer in my bedroom which tends to make a little noise that is actually irritating. I have been blanketing that by using either the humidifier, a small space heater, and even an air purifier. Now I have another choice in the event that I don’t want to run one of them.

Tiny but loud
It is surprisingly loud for such a small device. You get a decent collection of sounds and it lights up. Great little device if you need to travel with your sleep sounds.

Not enough good to override the bad
What I like about it.Itâs small. It can get reasonably loud. It has a USB-C port for charging. And thatâs about it.What I donât like.Thereâs almost no way to get the lanyard to fit inside the holes. There are no instructions helping you loop it through. When it was charged, I was able to hear the so-called white noise. There are heartbeats embedded that make this appropriate for a newborn and not an adult. The timer is set to turn off with the longest setting being one hour. Most adults who wake up during the night need white noise to be on all the time.As it is, this product is simply not usable for an adult.Edit: According to the vendor, “About the whole night play, if you don’t set the timer, the machine will keep on all night until the battery end.” I must have missed that or it wasn’t clear to me. I’ve added a star to my initial rating because of that, but the lack of white noise without a fetal heartbeat still makes it unusable for me.

Works good and nice small size
I car camp and was having trouble sleeping at times. I had wondered if I was subconsciously listening to my surroundings all night. I know this probably shouldnât be used too their outside noises but I gave it a whirl to try and gets restful nights sleep. I worked alright and the birds chirping helped settle my mind. I love that itâs compact and rechargable as it makes it perfect for traveling and not taking up a lot of space. It has different noises and a way to adjust the volume. Would recommend and get again.

Don’t let the tiny size fool you, this thing is loud!
Mini Sleep Sound Machine, Portable White Noise Machine for Baby/Adults Sleeping,10 SoundsWow. Just wow. This is the best sounding sleep machine I have ever used, and I have used many, which is surprising because it’s so tiny. This tiny thing is fabulous. I can’t believe how great the sound is. My only complaint is there are only 10 different sounds. I wish there were different woods at night sounds. Crickets are not my jam. The Shushing option is just plain weird. The white noise and the fetal sounds are my favorite. I love it’s super tiny. It will be great to take in my backpack when I go on trips and won’t take up much room. The nightlight isn’t bright enough to see anything by so I would say not a great product for that functionality and the wrist strap, well, you can’t feed it through the tiny hole and back out again so its worthless. But as a sound machine alone, this little product is a win. It’s going into my travel bag right now!

Love it
I got this for my daughter, and she loves it! It is small but you can raise the volume quite loud! You have many options of different sounds, depending on your preference. Great quality and value!

Surpised by such a tiny little item!
Been looking for a little sound machine to take along for myself when traveling. I have been surprised at how good this power house is! Charged it overnight – not sure how long it really takes to recharge but it was easier to plug and then go to bed. Turned it on the next day and almost lost my hearing! You’ll probably need a magnifing glass to read the instructions as they are barely readable in the microprint. Once on a reasonable level, ran through the sound options. Most are not for me, as I do best with rain, thunderstorms, ocean waves. (Lucky for me, water sounds do not make me head for the bathroom!) I know little ones may like the heartbeat/shhhh but I find them kind of creepy. Not a fan of crickets/birds. Maybe cat purrs should be added – that would work for me. Haven’t tried the timer, and the night light is unimpressive as a night light but it does let my see when the little machine is in the dark. I do find the buttons on the bottom very hard to see and navigate. I’ll either have to write/or add labels the corresponding function on the side of the machine (which will not make it look as nice) or figure out how to darken the impressions. Mayby instead of the speaker on the top, they could put in on the side and move buttons to the top to make them easier to use.
