I love that this toy comes on throughout the day so my kitty gets to play with it while I’m gone and I don’t have to be there to turn it on. It has like 3 or 4 different modes, but I personally don’t know what the difference is between them.My only complaint is that you cannot adjust the light to aim down more facing the floor where it’s easier for your cat to find and focus on the red dot. If the dot is too high it.goes on too many surfaces far and near so the car constantly loses it and gets confused instead of continuous play. So I have to have a raised surface behind the toy and tilt the toy facing more towards the ground so the dot stays in view of the cat. It’s a bit annoying that they didn’t make it more adjustable.

It does look bigger on some of the product listing photos maybe more as an illustration and some of the photos capture the actual size. It is 3 inches in height and 3 inches in width. Don’t be fooled by the size because it works great. The smaller size makes it very easy to have in different areas and it doesn’t take up a lot of space.What I love is that the red light is so vibrant even with the lights on. It is rechargeable and comes with a USB C cable. Very clear instruction booklet on the different modes and each has a different color, so you’re clear on what mode you are on.It is flashing red when it is charging and solid red when it’s finished charging.The motion activated stays on for approximately 3 minutes unless it’s activated again. I love that none of the settings stay on for more than 10 minutes this would not be good for kittens or cats if it went on for hours.You can adjust the light of the laser. It just clicks when you pull up or down on the dome. You do have to be careful that it does go up to the middle of the wall, depending on whether you have it on an stand that’s a few feet off the ground – a cat or a kitten could jump up trying to get the red light and pull down curtains or knock things off shelves.It will go for 2 hours on one charge. I thought the price was very fair for the quality and for how well it works at keeping kittens and cats entertained.

My cat does not leave it alone when we have it turned on. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because we thought it would have a wider range of motion than it does, other than that no complaints.

I haven’t seen it turn on automatically or use the auto sensor option but I have used it where it was on “fast mode”. Our cat is a BIG fan of trying to catch a laser. She knows the source of where it comes from as well and still loves it. So this is great! I used it to help keep her distracted while I was working on a little arts and crafts project. It goes on for 10 minutes and she just tries and chases it around. She was no longer interested in my little craft project and it gives her a great workout. WOOH! 5 stars for this item!

Cats LOVE This!
So of course my cats love to chase things that move so I thought Iâd try this laser âgameâ for them! It did not disappoint. They love watching it and chasing it around the floor! Fun for me to watch as well! Gone are the days of doing this with a laser pointed. Let this automatic âtoyâ do it for you! Keeps them occupied for a while. Weâll see if they continue to like it or they get bored of it after a while.
