Great product so far
I’ve only had this for a few months so I can’t say about the quality of the actual item. That being said after looking through some of the other reviews I did go ahead and buy it and I think that some of the reviews on this are for a different product as some picture show something completely different to what I received. There is a timer on this, but you can turn it off and have it play all night. My five year old gets up and turns it off in the morning (but sometimes she doesn’t and it’s still playing when I get up). So I know that it doesn’t shut off after 8 hours even though another review says it does. Trust me, I sleep way longer than 8 hours and so do my kids. The light that shifts through all the colors of the rainbow is so pretty. I really like that you can pause on any color. It has three different lullabies and three different sounds that you can choose from, however it will not cycle through them. It will play the same song or noise on repeat until you change it. I don’t really care for the projector as I feel it keeps my kids awake rather than helping them go to sleep, also it is pretty noisy. It was quiet at first but after having it for a couple of weeks it began to make more noise when the projector was running (it doesn’t make any sound except for the music when the projector is not on). Also the projector no longer turns like it’s supposed to so when we do turn it on it just has a picture that doesn’t move.I believe this helps my kids fall asleep and stay asleep which was the goal. If I end up having trouble with it in the future I will try to remember to come back and update this review but for now it is doing what I wanted it to do. The sound quality is great. Volume control is awesome, can be very quiet or very loud!

Might need to buy another one!!!
So much better than the previous version. The original had issues with the projector motor not working and with the speaker dying completely. This newer and improved model we haven’t had any problems with, and our kiddo loves the changing led light. It’s great for her sensory processing and calming down at night. I also love that the light button isn’t lighted itself anymore so it doesn’t hurt your eyes which the previous version did. We really like that it’s a sound machine, night light, and soothing projector all in one. The pictures on the buttons make it easy for our toddler to use and know what does what.

It is very nice but only last 2 years
We orded for the 1st granddaughter but the 2nd grandson came last week and wouldnât you know it I had to order a new one because the sound broke. It did last 2 years. Did order the same 1 again . Thatâdisappointing but we already were experienced with this one. Since so many things at this price point can last for years youâd think the same for this too. Well, unfortunately that is not the case here. Iâm not sure if Iâd recommend it because I think there are just as good of options with same functionality but with some added benefits like better prices or guarantees or even Walmart has 3/4 mo return policy unfortunately this didnât. I think it is pricey but we settled for what we already knew.Wouldnât do it again!

Love but Not long lasting.
We bought this for our first baby and it worked fantastic! She loved the ocean sounds and bright light but at almost exactly two years, the sound feature stopped working. Baby #2 will now have to get a whole new system. Great system though, overall.

Most options of any lullaby machine
This is the perfect lullaby machine for baby/toddler. (confession, my kid is 6 and autistic, she still can’t live without it, and when her bunny chewed through the cord we had a new one shipped overnight!) There are more options available on this machine than I think any other similar item out there, which is important because you never know what your baby is going to love or hate. It has songs as well as heartbeat, white noise, and nature sounds. Volume control is great, as is the timer. The projector and night lite have a bunch of options. It is pretty easy to use if you have a kid old enough to press the buttons. It would even be great for adult if you want white noise or nature noises to help you sleep. It is very sturdy, the first one lasted 5 years, we kept it on all night and a good part of the day sometimes, and presumably it would have lasted much longer if not for nibbly bunny! My only complaint would be that it doesn’t mount like some lullably machines. This might not matter depending on where you plan to use it, we put it on the floor while baby was still in a crib. I would still choose this machine over any other because of the number of options.

4 failed machines. Wonât buy another!! 4 were defective. Current one is working properly so far.
Update!! Sound machine #4 has stopped making sound. While this is my grandsonâs favorite, after 4 failed machines, Iâll have to purchase a different product. Itâs ridiculous that Iâve had 4 to fail, after having an older model that lasted years. It is great when it works, unfortunately thatâs not for very long.This is a great sound machine/projector for children, as long as it works. Iâm on my 3rd, 1st sound lasted 2 nights, 2nd projector never worked properly. My 3rd is doing well, so far. Iâve only used it one night and hopefully itâll last. I had this brand for 10 years before buying a newer model and loved it. Iâm happy with this one, as long as itâs functional. Iâll update after further use.***Update! My 3rd sound machine stopped making sound during the night. My grandson is hooked on the projection, so Iâm going to try #4. If this next one is defective Iâll definitely have to find an alternative. I dropped to 3 stars, not due to the fact that I donât love it. Itâs due to them not lasting. Iâll adjust if #4 functions and last.

This is a neat sound machine with lots of fun features. Personally, I would buy a different one next time because there is a light on it that is unable to be turned off. I like to make my baby’s room as dark as possible, so it’s annoying that I have to throw a cloth over it so it doesn’t flood the room. If you don’t care about a bit of light, I would say go for it!
