I love this for our dog!! You have to register online. Once setup we scanned the QR CODE and it has all the information we entered. Highly recommend especially if your dog is a runner.

Choking Hazard
This was a fantastic looking pendant for my new service pup. I ordered this particular one due to it being silicone, much quieter than a metal or steel one and the perfect size for most dogs (business card pictured above for size reference only.) First two weeks it wore well. The website was easy to use to upload pictures and initiate a pet profile. The readability of directions were easy, making creating an account a breeze. The reason for the one star is that it is not durable at all. Within the first 3 weeks it began to crack. I’ve not had this product a month and it’s completely unusable. It literally fell of the collar when I was grooming her ! I have a 20 week old standard poodle for reference.
