Absolutely love it
It’s not super durable but it’s not very expensive I like that it’s in the GPS location when it’s scanned they’re super cute easy to use I love the sayings and I love the way the profile is set up for my dogs and I’m very happy with it. I have akbash Great Pyrenees that likes to wonder and a mountain cur that likes to follow her so getting these tags was an amazing idea for them they do also have microchips too.

Tag Not Durable
The ability to scan a QR code and update the pet’s profile is what originally appealed to me. However, the product itself is not durable and my tag ripped off after 3 months of normal wear. Stick to traditional metal tags!**Update** Increasing stars to 5 since the company reached out to me and offered a full refund.

Easy setup and really good quality
This is a large tag for a cat, but setting up contact info is easy and straightforward, the only proble was finding a good straightforward picture to identifyher with. I haven’t had to see if it works since she’s a homebody (that’s the only reason I gave 4 stars). I like the added sense of safely finding my pet again without relying on her microchip alone. And I love the design choices!

Peace of Mind!
Very easy to set up the account. Also, not too large (I would still have preferred something slightly smaller as I have a tiny dog – a whopping 3 lbs and likely to not surpass 7) but its not heavy which is great. Scanned the tag as a test to see if worked as intended and 100% did. I’m still paranoid my tiny chihuahua will bolt but I have more peace of mind now if it were too happen. With this added protection (on top of a chip), I have done all I can do to make sure he makes it home to me were the worst to happen.

Perfect size tag and easy to set up

breaks easily
i had this on my outside cat for 2 days, and the silicone doesnât hold up. he came up to me and i realized the tag wasnât on his collar anymore and i had seen previous reviews that it rips easily off. the idea of it is cool but should be metal. definitely not worth the money until they come up with an alternative for the silicone.

Lucky Tags are fantastic, unfortunately in the past my dogâs tag has been lost, coming loose from the ring loop.The flexitag is so much better making it more secure and less likely to slip of the ring loop.Itâs easy to use with the QR code and gives you peace of mind should your dog become lost.
