When purchasing the tag, it looked like a rubber tag with a piece of a paper glued to it. I was inquisitive, so I ordered it and it’s rubber but everything else is durable and I am happy. I have tried others and they refuse to refund me…. Something about it not being sanitary. This one was easy to set up.

Tag was super easy to set up, and I love that it’s quiet on the collar. I used to take my dog’s collar off at night so them moving didn’t wake me but now it doesn’t matter. I’ve had it for two months now and it’s still in great condition. It shows some dirt but it likely will come of when washed. So far, it works just as needed, and is nicely durable.Bought in Dec 2023, editing July 2024:Loved this tag, colors stayed vibrant and we really put it thru the wringer for the short time we had it. Not sure if it got caught on something but the tag got ripped from the loop so we had to retire it way sooner than expected. The top of the QR code had started to fade from tag friction but it still worked. Definitely would buy again but sad that it didn’t make it a year.

Love the fact that at first sight, the dog can be scanned have all the info at your phone and at the same time you receive the coordinates where your dog was last scanned. Microchips are not scanned by phones I think….is it?Found the resin one to be more durable

Product itself is perfect for my use. Good size, durable for my indoor living dog. HOWEVER…within 48 hours of following detailed instructions, posting my personal info (name of pet and owner,, cell phone number, location and photos of pet) I began to receive a minimum of 10 spam and phishing calls per day. I are no changes to any of my information anywhere e.se (on or off-line). I recommend this type of product but would advise you to either list the phone number of either law enforcement,if feasable) or a more secured landline. Over ten years withsamenumber and in poor health, nobody needs this additional stress. ANTI Spam apps are not effective and each modification requires action on receiver end of calls.

Perfect for my service dog. ID gives space for 3 photos, message, owner info. Best part is you get an email with dogs current GPS coordinates if anyone scans the QR code. Great price and NO subscription needed. Imo every dog should have one.

Great item, so easy to use no matter where you travel to! I travel a lot with my beloved dog and even though she is microchiped this makes it easier for people to find the owner with a simple tap of their phone. I have an amazing dog and she’s easy to fall in love with. I think this will make it easier for someone to be honest and inform the owner. Much more likely than bringing her to the vet.
