Our Shih-poo Puppy Loves It
Our Shih-poo puppy is 3 to 4 months old and loves chewing these bully sticks more than chewing anything or anyone else, and she loves chewing everything and everyone. She started chewing immediately and hasn’t stopped. We got the small size and not the thin since she does love to chew. The price was great for these longer 6″ sticks. They are also Florida grown so we happy to support the local community.

My dog is super picky with his chews and these are the first ones he’s liked, they work great, keep him occupied, small package, and dont smell horrible lol. Just a reminder DON’T leave you dogs unsupervised with chews! Mine got one of these stuck in his teeth but thankfully we were there to help, no error on the products behalf he just got too excited

Great chew stick but STINKY!
These are great long lasting chew sticks but once they get mushy they stink like a rotten animal. So gross. Once they dry out a bit they arenât as smelly but the smell when your dog is chewing on them is horrendous. My dog likes them though. Shes a 9 lb Chihuahua and these are prefect for her. Better put a blanket down before you let them chew on one of these. Protect your furniture from stinking like a dead animal.

Good but thickness varies considerably
I buy these for my smaller dog and the thicker 6-inch ones for my larger dog. The small sized bag will have sticks that vary from being as thick as those for my large dog (too much for my small, older dog to enjoy) to super-thin that my small dog can break in a single bite. I understand they won’t be uniform, but I wish they’d be more consistently sized for small dogs.

Bully sticks
Dogs seem to love these bones. Confusing to find small size 6â size. They are larger and feel the small size is good for the size of my small size. They have 6â bones but the bones may come in way too thick. Not soft but dogs can chew them enough to soften them. On value I believe too expensive for what you get.

My BABYGIRL loves these, would be 5 stars but quality has gotten bad
My little BABYGIRL, Beagle/JR Terrier mix, 6 years old (adopted at 4 weeks of age). absolutely loves these. In fact she wonât chew/eat any other kind. I love the fact that they only have ONE ingredient âBeef Pizzleâ sourced from free range cattle not fed antibiotics and definitely not Rawhide, no preservatives, no dyes, no added xtraâs just pure Beef Pizzle. They have a very distinct smell which most people donât like. In fact if these bully sticks donât have that distinct smell, she wonât touch them and she has to have the xtra thin. Bought some larger ones but she didnât like, she only hid them. The xtra thin she chews like crazy. Sheâll have one eaten in about 15 min. so i usually give her 2 since they are so small, smaller than the size of a pencil. They are very digestible and of course I watch her too. Iâve been feeding her these for several years. The quality has changed dramatically !! As you can tell from the photos they are very distorted. The edges are frayed and sharp spikes and big knots. Iâve had to throw away over half of them because I was afraid she would choke. Iâve bought over 16 bags in the past 6 months and each bag gets a little worse. If the seller happens to see this review I hope they will send me a good bag, like theyâre supposed to be, thin and relatively smooth, not all distorted. I will probably still buy them since she loves them so much. Iâll just have to go thru bag and pick out the ones she can chew which usually is just 3 or 4. A waste of money I know but sheâs my baby and she loves them so much.

Extra thin bully sticks

Shrinkflation is killing the value….
Its more money for less bullystick. Shrinkflation is killing the value of this product, and this brand is making it very difficult for you to comparison shop with what you bought last time. But I did the math and here it is: I bought a bag of 50, six-inch bully sticks about two months ago. The bag was full of 5 inch sticks that were on the thin side ( see the pictures ). This was a 50 bag that weighed 37 ounces (sticker minimum net weight making each stick weigh 1.351 ounces ) So I said whatever and figured this was the new normal.Now I need another one. The 50 bag is no longer available so Iâm buying a bag of 15, six-inch sticks. Irrespective of a lost bulk quantity discount, I am paying 26% more per ounce of bullystick for this bag than the last one. The price only went up from $3.10 per stick to 3.17 per stick, but these sticks are only 1.01 ounces. That is only 74% of the previous weight of 1.351 ounces per stick two months ago. I felt like I got ripped off when the 50 bag came, and now Iâm getting ripped off again. The price essentially went up around 65% for me across both of these orders. It is my contention that this brand intentionally obfuscates increased prices over less quantity by not publishing a price per unit, varying availability of bulk orders and labeling their weights and measurements using pounds, ounces, grams, kilograms and fractions thereof interchangeably across product types and instances of the same product across time.Unfortunately, none of this is illegal as they still fall inside the bounds of the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act of 1967. But this is definitely not nice. They will continue to use their fun house mirror tricks on these products to continue selling you less bully stick for more money. This is so unfair to my doggies. Steve and Jay used to make a really solid product for a good value, and they still have the best bully stick on amazon, but the shrinkflation exposure we are getting here is painful.
