Getting the proper size flange is a game changer for your pumping journey. These fit me perfectly after measuring what size I need. Super comfortable I don’t need any cream or anything to pump now. They fit perfectly in my lansinoh smart pump 3.0

Works well with Lansinoh manual pump
I bought the Lansinoh manual pump so I could pump for a few minutes prior to nursing and help my baby avoid my overactive letdown. The Lansinoh pump, like most, comes with flanges that are way too big including me. This set of flanges with the silicone siding is a lifesaver. It is compatible with both Lansinoh and Medela pumps and I use the flange with the 19mm insert. While the insert is not transparent and that can make it slightly harder to center the nipple properly, it’s not that big a deal. I always remove the insert before washing. It’s especially nice that you get two sets of flanges/inserts by default.

Background about me: My baby was two months premature and because of it, my baby and I were in the NICU for six weeks where I had access to Medela hospital grade pumps and many lactation specialists to help me properly prepare for breastfeeding. I had been provided with my own Medela kit to hook up to any Medela Symphony machine. The lactation specialists had given me the flange size proper for most women rather than what the kit actually came with. These are the flanges I use as a comparison in the photos.Pros: The Nenesupply flanges work as needed to pump between most common pump devices.Cons: I do not like how elongated the flange ends are, as it makes it more difficult for my pumps to stay attached without holding them firmly in place the entire time. The Medela flanges are short and keep your breast close to your chest to allow just a little more strength for your ladies to hold the pump in place without the need to concentrate on holding them. The Medela design flanges also have an oval shape to allow the flange to hug how a breast actually hangs down, whereas the Nenesupply is completely rounded and I feel like when I leave my pumps to hang a little without being held, they pop off because of the unnatural fit of the design.I honestly do not like these as a purchase because they take more energy and effort to maintain on your breast during a pump session. I would advise looking for the official Medela flanges because theyâre honestly much better thought-out in design.

Ive been expressing for 5 weeks with incorrectly sized flanges that were causing me pain and I was about to give up expressing. Have so far used these flanges for 1 day and the change is unreal. Im so happy I bought them as they have made the world of difference. I am using them on the Lansinoh 2in1 double pump and having no problems with the fit.
