Great toy to entertain and stimulate your dog
I love this toy and so does my dog. She’s a very smart dog, being a terrier, which tends to be a very intelligent breed. It’s hard to find toys that she doesn’t figure out within the first 5 minutes. This one kept her entertained, interested and mentally stimulated. The first time she used it, I actually had to help her a little bit by showing her the different ways that the doors slide. For the first three or four days I would fill it and sit it out for her to play with. Those first few days it took her anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes to get to all the treats. As time went on she was able to get to her treats more quickly. The good thing about this toy is that there are a lot of sliding doors covering the many treat slots and because of that, the puzzle is never solved the same way. There are so many different ways for your dog to solve the puzzle that your dog will never get bored with it. The downside of this puzzle is that it is not for large dogs with strong jaws. I dogsit for a black labrador retriever who I left alone with the puzzle while I went to another room to do some chores. When I returned, 15 minutes later, instead of solving the puzzle the lab had completely ripped the doors off of the puzzle and chewed various parts of the puzzle handles and sides. The puzzle was completely destroyed beyond repair. So if you are going to purchase this for a dog with strong Jaws/A strong chewer, I would recommend that you supervise the dog the entire time. I may even recommend against purchasing this for dogs with strong jaws because I don’t think it will hold up. Bottom line this is a great quality dog puzzle that performs as the manufacturer advertises.

Doggyâs love it
Itâs not a super easy puzzle so it does keep them interested for a long time.. itâs not light so it stays put.. super fun toy

Fun but too easy
My Chiweenie is 9 years old and it took him about 2 minutes to finish taking off all the bones. Since this was level one I thought it would be a good introduction to the game series; however I now believe level 2 may be better. The toy itself was good though and the size was perfect. I will be purchasing level 3 to see how it goes.

Durable, challenging, stays in place
I like to give my dog treat puzzles, especially on days when Iâm too busy for a lot of play. Unfortunately for me, he is REALLY good at figuring them out quickly. This puzzle is a good challenge for him, difficult enough that it takes about 15 minutes but not so difficult that he loses interest. But my favorite thing about this puzzle so far is that, unlike the 3 other brands Iâve purchased for him, it doesnât slide across the floor while heâs working on it! This puzzle has a very nice weight to it that helps resist movement. Other puzzles have material on the bottom to prevent them from moving, but they are too lightweight to make that material effective. This one is heavy enough that it actually works, and the material is durable so he wonât tear off pieces when heâs working persistently.Overall, this is the best treat puzzle I have purchased so far. The price is comparable to others Iâve boughtâand well worth the extra 5 dollars. I will definitely be looking at more from this brand!

After six months of light use, attachment moving parts broke off
I purchased this Outward Hound dog puzzle about six months ago. I have a large intelligent energetic male Doberman who loved this puzzle. I sit and watch him play the puzzle and take up the puzzle the minute that he is finished. I gave him the puzzle maybe once a week. Parts that move on the puzzle began to break off at their attachment points at around five months of use. Finally the main movement piece snapped off where it attaches to the frame. These moveable parts simply snap into place. I looked on Amazonâs website to see if there is a possibility of buying replacement parts but the company says no. Itâs a great puzzle and he loves the puzzle but now it has to go in the trash. Six months is not very long for this item to last. This great concept needs to be re-designed and manufactured to make the moveable parts not breakable.

Dogs loved it!
I had bought this for my dogs about two years ago for them to actually be able to have fun playing with their treats. I love how much it occupied their time. It worked really well for them. It test their brain. The size of it is pretty decent size for my dogs. Their English bulldogs. They had a lot of fun with the toy. Does not squeak itâs just plastic bones that you put treats under and then they had figure out to get them off. Definitely offers a different variety because I also am able to put different variety of treats underneath the bones for him.

A qualidade é ótima e vale o preço.
