Beautiful Collar
The collar is beautiful, the embroidery is neat and tidy and very easy to read. The color is gorgeous. I love how well made it is. Something to keep in mind is that if your message is long (like mine) some will go under the adjustment plastic, but fortunately it didn’t cut off the numbers and they went in between the plastic opening. I added a bell and the name tag, but it already came with a bell attached to the collar, but it’s always nice to have an extra bell just in case. So far so good. Just put it on my little guy and he seems to like it so far. Very easy to adjust.

Update: They sent me another at 50% – Did not last.
Bought the collar about a year ago. Looked great until 2 months ago when the engraved info started pulling away from the collar. I tried hot glueing it back, twice, but it looked messy and was still pulling away.Now, the clasp won’t stay. It sounds like it is tyight, but the smae day Ifind it on the floor. Have another plain collar on now without that problem. Love the idea, not sure I want to puchase one a year.UPDATE: wrote them and they are replacing it for 50% of the cost. Will let you know how this second one works. LOVE the idea of it and hope this one lasts.
I have a smaller cat, she’s around 7 pounds. the collar was a little lose but fit well, the words were on a different piece of fabric that was attached to the collar so there are no pose stings! –

my cat loves her collar, it fits loosely and I have more then 2 fingers as space! (more like 3 1/2) she’s about 6 or 7 pounds so a bigger cat would Definitely fit!!

Cute & works well
Looks good. Embroidery is nicely done. I know the breakaway safety feature works because kitty got caught on our Christmas tree and her collar came off so she wasn’t hurt.

Text obscured and comes off easy
I like these collars but they only last a few months before the cat loses them because the safety snap is pretty weak. Also the buckle on the collar covers the phone number text, so if your cat was lost someone would need to remove the collar to get your number.

Good product for the price.
The colors are bright and vivid. The embroidery is well done. The entire collar seems well made. Unfortunately the plastic piece at the end of Ollie’s broke after about a month. I’m not sure why, but things like that can happen even if it’s not very common. What made the difference for me is that the store was very quick to respond. Since these are custom, I could not get a refund. However, they offered to replace the item with a duplicate, completely free of charge. On top of that, despite my having some difficulties with realizing they needed me to get back to them with a response and then accidentally responding that it did NOT solve the problem, they still worked with me to come to a resolution as quickly as possible. Very kind and professional. ð
