Keeps my cat comfortable
My cat didn’t like car rides until I got her this. The strap length is perfect and she can actually get to her litter box. You can install it easily with the seat belt and extra straps. It is very sturdy. She is always safe and secure. It does not move during the rides and she actually falls asleep during car rides now.

My dogs felt comfortable in them! They usually feel car sick and throw up. I think because of how small and comfortable the seat was, it helped them accumulate to the movements of the car. I had a 12 hour road trip and they behaved very well and I know it is because of the seats. It is very stable and adjustable. It isn’t as bendy as other seats that I have had. I think you pay for what you get, but here I think you pay less for more. I love the stability, it wouldn’t swing them around either.

Kitten loves it!!
My little fella is about 6 months old and this is how he fits in it. We go on walks and hikes frequently, and he hated his crate, so this is a much better option. He can lay down and curl right up and fall asleep, stand up and look around, and he is so much happier now that he can actually see his surroundings. My only complaint is that the walls could be a bit sturdier. My kitty likes to stand on the pvc pipes that slip into sheaths on the left and right side to keep them upright, which connects to the front wall of the seat. They tend to sag and roll a bit while under pressure. ALSO good to note, if you have the popular “come with me kitty” harness, they’ll be able to climb out of it. I have to fold and tie up the adjustable strap that clips onto his harness because it’s too long and he’ll start to climb out. If you have a normal vest like harness, it should be fine but I wish the strap could shorten more. But it’s easy to install, and my kitty enjoys car rides so much more now. ðð

Safety is Important
The seat assembled very easily. It has several options to attach it to, my opinion, many different seat configurations. I was really looking for a great option to keep my 10 lb. Chihuahua safe while traveling. It looks nice and the price fit my budget.

Yes I measured the dog it was to be used for. Yes he was the correct size (just) so you need to drop a couple inches of the sizing recommendation. He was all jammed up in it and hated it due to confinement.But it was easy to set up and looked well made – just wish it would have been big enough for him as he is a pain and wand to sit on my lap when driving

Great Car Seat!
Got this for my cat to take her places without needing to shove her in a carrier and she loves it. She can stretch, look out the window and I know she’s secure because it attachs right to her harness. It’s inexpensive and works well!

Our kitty is safe in this car seat as it hooks onto her harness. It is a good size and takes up one seat. It has enough space for a blanket and a couple of toys to go in there with her which offers versatility for your kitty’s needs. The quality is great with adaptable straps. It is easy to assemble or take down if needed. We are ready for our cross country roadtrip!

Excellent product, well designed, but could be a little sturdier
The Lyracalife Pet Car seat is a fine product. My cat does not travel well and the process of trying to get her in and out of the car has been troublesome. This product not only secures her well in the car but, with the adjustment of the straps, I can put her in, attach her to the restraint, and use it as a carrier to and from the car. And it secures itself to the seat well. It’s great. Two caveats:1) it is a bit complicated. There are several straps to attach and it might be difficult for people with dexterity issues.2) it may not be sturdy enough for larger, heavier pets (although it handles my 10-lb cat well)Still, I am extremely pleased and I do not hesitate to recommend this device.

The seat arrived a whole week ahead of schedule! The quality is top notch. I feel much safer with the seatbelt loops on the back of the seat to secure the seat to the car. 🙂 .The fabric is nice and the hook inside the seat that attaches to the harness is metal instead of the cheap plastic I got in my previous booster seat. The seat is wider and sturdier than most seats ive looked at. My pup is quite comfortable and safe in her new seat

Good product. My 12 pound pug can crush the sides down. Bottom insert had torn after a few weeks as it is a silky material that just frayed out. We stopped using it after about 4 weeks and just use a pet seatbelt now

Originally tried to install in the front passenger seat of my vehicle which has a curved back, but quickly found out it isn’t compatible with that seat shape. Moved it into my back seat instead which has a flat back and had no issues there. Fairly sturdy and a good size for my cat, the padding at the bottom is a nice touch too. Feels very secure once fully attached. Only other major downside is the leash tether is long enought that your pet will be able to jump out and hang themselves off the side of the seat. We’re working on training to prevent that but it’s currently a major issue.
