BREEZY DOME 2. A newer model and differences.
Unboxing this, I was at first unimpressed as I pulled the detached shell which felt flimsy and cheap. The knobs for the fan and LED device were very much plastic, despite looking metallic. But worst of all, the vents on the shell are made of a very cheap plastic that flexes under slight pressure. But once attached to the rest of the backpack, the whole thing felt much sturdier.
The quality of the backpack half itself is quite good and very comfortable. I spent a few hours at the park the next day with it on and it was by far the most comfortable cat backpack I’ve worn. It felt quite sturdy with the weight of my pet inside of it. Most importantly, like other models I’ve used, it didn’t flex upon wearing, giving my pet maximum room to move around. It is quite space and my cat is sort of big. I’m very happy with the window tinting and the ventilation seems to hold up. I’m even more happy only the top 70 percent of the shell is exposed by the plastic glass, giving my pet a sense of security when in need of a hiding place.
THE FAN: This is the most important part. I can tell it started out as a gimmick, upon seeing other review pictures, the basic design and airflow of the fan seemed incredibly flawed. I can tell this was the main focus for improvement in this bag. The fan is much slimmer and without a vent for direct contact. I can certainly feel the airflow which is somewhat satisfactory for the size. It is certainly audibly quiet and I can feel the breeze easily from 6 inches away, More so if I stick my head in the far opposite corner. The LED is quite bright. I’m happy with this feature.
POWER. No battery is included. You must have your own portable USB portable battery. When using the fan on full speed for 3 straight hours, my 10350 MHZ battery pack didn’t budge from having 4 power indicators on out of 4.
COLOR: There is only ONE color. The blue and pink is pretty nice with the grey back half, it vertainly doesn’t make me feel anymore masculine but it’s nice. I really wish they had more color options.
Make sure you choose the BREEZY DOME 2 in pink/blue for the newest model and I’m sure greater satisfaction. I’m pretty happy with it for the price of 70 USD.
I noticed NOBODY had a review of the newer model so I’m going to be that good Samaritan.

The fan is nice and quiet, itâs easy to wear although a little bulky. My cat hops right on in whenever I get it out so it must be comfortable. Seems pretty sturdy as well.

Iâm simply providing bullet points of pros and cons, starting with cons since those may be dealbreakers. I included a lot of photos and a video of the fan. My cat is about 14 pounds, which you can use as a reference point if youâre trying to determine whether your pet will be comfortable.
Cons
– Inside of carrier has no padding (just hard plastic)
– Fan âworksâ in that it turns on, but itâs loud and hardly blows much air.
– The USB cord inside carrier has nothing to attach to, so if youâre not utilizing the fan or the light, youâll still want to keep cord hanging outside if your cat (or dog) likes to chew cords as mine does. There should be a pocket or pouch inside to hold cord when not in use.
– Not enough pockets.
– My carrier came with scratched up plastic on the bottom of the front outer shell.
Pros
– My cat is about 14-15 pounds, and he fits comfortably – he can curl up in loaf mode at the bottom.
– The plastic could be harder, but I like that it offers more protection than a cloth and mesh backpack.
– While somewhat unnecessary, the light inside works well and operates like a dimmer switch.
– Itâs pretty comfortable to wear on my back (or chest) and fairly lightweight.
– The non-plastic materials are good quality and durable, and the zippers are strong.
– Given that it is mainly plastic, cleaning it should be pretty easy.

Animal back pack
we bought this to take 3 ferrets with us and in case we needed veterinarian care it made it easier to transport. Well made and has its own fan plenty of room I do wish the fan was more powerful and it would be nice if it held a charge longer and made it so you can plug in anywhere.

Cool backpack to carry my Luna around. She seems to have taken a liking to it.
I don’t see myself leaving her in there for several hours even with the little integrated fan, but it should work for short trips to the vet.
Both the light and fan work as intended. Note that the fan makes some noticeable noise that increases when sped up, but it does ventilate the interior a bit which is a nice bonus.

Cuando uno compra ciertos productos, te acostumbras a que la calidad suele ser inferior a lo que te venden, pero en este caso es lo contrario! La mochila está muy bien fabricada con atención al detalle, y es suficientemente amplia para que mi gata se pueda acomodar dentro. Los controles son touch asi que no se que tanto duren, pero el producto excelente. Lo único que podrÃa hacer esto perfecto serÃa que la caja fuera de fibra de carbono… asà que le voy a poner fibra de carbono todo lo que lleva blanco…

Hochwertig verarbeitete Materialien !!! Sehr Gute Hartschale mit braun getöntem Sichtfenster, hochwertigem und robusten Innetfutter, ausreichend Lüftungsschlitzenund vielen Zusatzfunktionen (Separates Innenlüftungssystem mit verschiedenen Lüftungsstärstärken zum variieren und Innbeleutung zu einstellen. Die stromversorgung erfolgt durch einen Kabelkanal mit USB Anschluss und einer Powerbank (nicht mitgeliefert !!!) Ausreichend Reissverschlusstaschen sind vorhanden.
Der Tragekomfort ist sehr gut und bequem.
Nachteil: Der Unnenraum könnte viel grösser sein (mein Kater ist drei Jahre alt und wiegt ca. 6 kg), das war schon fast zu eng vom Innenraum und der Bewegungsfreiheit
Mein Katerchen war am Anfang etwas skeptisch und änstlich beim ersten Transport, aber das gibt sich sicher schon.
