Very very cool collar
Love this collar! It has a leash built into it! You pull the little handle and the leash is right there! When you let go it retract back into the collar. With this collar you ALWAYS have a leash. Very cool!

interesting concept
this leash is attached to the color but it would be nice if you could lock the leash in place at different lengths. opens and closes smoothly. is not very long like most retractable leashes

Too lightweight for large dogs, short lead…
I’m not sure I can recommend this leash for most folks. I feel the reel is not particularly strong, and it is a little rough and “catchy”. The entire unit is extremely bulky and the lead is very thin. The collar is extremely robust, and it almost feels inappropriate for the diameter of the leash. I do feel like this style of leash is very useful for folks that can leave their dogs off a leash for a majority of the time but being available when you do need to use it. It is basically a collar with a built in leash. A dog park would be a good place to use this, or in rural areas or large swaths of public land. I feel the price is fair. I think if the leash retractor and materials were a little better quality, it would be a 5 star product.
