Fairly ez to assemble, due to side panelsâ weight. Otherwise, pieces fit/connect and stake in easily. Super solid/sturdy sides even for my strong pups. Love the thick solid vinyl floor, mesh and half solid top. Provides lots of roaming room, air and partial shade. Worked great on camping trip. Everything fits nicely in bag (might be sold separately). This heavy duty pen is heavy but worth my peace of my mind.

This review is for the 40″ pen with the storage bag, floor, and ceiling since there seem to be multiple configurations.I wish I’d taken photos while it was assembled, but the other pictures represent the final product well. I was in a hurry to get a pen that I could use to babysit my son’s 7mo old puppy while his family was on a trip, and this was the unit available. I have no complaints about shipping nor do I typically assign those to a review.The unit itself came nicely packaged in a storage bag as well as a plastic, zippered bag for the floor and ceiling. The storage is sufficient and I think it’ll handle light use. I was grateful that, with all of pieces, storage was provided that I can use to keep everything neat and tidy.The cage is lightweight but sturdy hollow steel. The connectors are long, thin rods with rubber lids for the tips so that you don’t damage floors, which is a nice touch. Assembly is easy, though it can also be easy to assemble it so that the door swings the wrong way. (Just start your assembly with the door.) The floor and ceiling fit very nicely and the plastic C-clips at the end of springy bands (3 per side) make it super easy to firmly attach the walls and ceiling to the sides. This renders it fairly impossible for a dog to claw the floor away from the side. The floor material appears to be completely waterproof and, with the design, you could lose a large volume of water (or other fluid) that wouldn’t escape the pen.It’s attractive, well-constructed, and well-packaged. I was really surprised at how complete the package was for the money and, at least at this early time, I’d have to highly recommend it for anyone looking for a good pen, especially if you’re concerned about accidents or about your dog leaping free of the pen.

Very happy with this purchase. It is easy to assemble even for one person. Easily fits into the carry case it came in. Very sturdy and looks nice. Love this playpen and it is perfect for our Yorkie puppy. Highly recommend.

I love how easy it was to put together. Only downfall that if you want to reshape it from the octagon, you will have to buy more floor mats/tops to work with the desire shape you want. But it keeps my dog all locked up while Iâm away with work.
