Works Great!
The motor works great and I like the design of the bowl and lid that the motor sits on. I am using this food processor to grind up meat and rice to make meatballs for my 18-year-old dog. The meatballs are used to give him his medications. I have to make the meatballs in small batches so I cannot use the more common larger food processors. I love the fact that it is rechargeable; however, after 4 months the recharging plug on the motor apparently became loose and fell down into the motor housing. I have contacted the seller, and they are sending me a new motor. When the problem happened, I went ahead and purchased the same food processor so that I will have a back up. This food processor has made my life and my dog’s life so much better! I am so glad that I found this food processor!!!!!!

Absolutely love this powerful, portable processor. 20oz & 10oz glass bowls with lid separators. Bought my mom this machine to purée her foods after major dental implant surgery. It has been stellar!It is easy to operate, rechargeable, and easy to clean. It is money well spent for such a quality machine. Loved it so much, I bought a second one for my own home. A cinch to chop a bunch of stuff in seconds.Customer service is outstanding! Very prompt and professional. If you are looking for a powerful portable processor to use on the go, especially at a restaurant, or use at home, look no further.For quality of life and inclusion, my mom brings this with her when she goes out to eat. I bought a neoprene hand/shoulder bag (like the ones for Insulated water flasks) which she places her little machine and extra items. This allows her to feel more close to ânormalâ and not trapped at home.I highly recommend this product.

This stopped working after a few uses, but the customer service was great. They offered a refund even after the 30-day window. This is a small company in California and they are trying to perfect the product.

Pureed fruits smoothly. Battery lasts just fine so far. Nice little chopper.**July 1st 2024. It lasted one year. The battery stopped charging so we just used it plugged into house current. Now that doesn’t work either. It’s dead. Although I liked this chopper/blender fine for nearly a year I gave to say it just isn’t worth the price.

Bought the peocessor few months back. Worked absolutely fine but had a small issue last week to which the manufacturer responded immediately. Not just for baby food!
I purchased this product because I have braces on my teeth and have to chop or cut up my foodâ¦this one is great because itâs portable, cordless and gets the job done! I choose it because it has GLASS containers in 2 sizes. Iâve had food processors before that have plastic containers that donât last. The smaller container is great for making salad dressings and the larger I use for chopping onions and making sauces for vegan cooking. Easy to clean and store.Also has great customer service.

I use this food processor twice a day to feed my daughter.It works so well, so it is super easy and pleasent to feed her.Also, the battery life is impressive! Even though I use two times a day, I needed to charge only a few times for the last 5 months.Also, because it comes with two bowls, I just need to wash them once a day by using dish washer.Plus, it is very portable. It is easy to carry with us when we travel.There are couple things to be aware though.Great performance means it has sharp blades. You have to be careful when you deal with it.Also, the little knob inside the bowl can be loosen by using it. I check the knobs and tighten up before I put the bowls into the dishwasher.Overall, great product! Highly recommend it!

I bought this device 2 months ago, used it a few times. Today when I took the phone to charge it got hot and exploded. I see black and smelly water coming out of the machine. How I can get my money back ?????

I purchased 1 unit of this product on January 4th. on February 8th, the charging port stopped working(warranty is 1 month) . So I contacted the manufacturer who promised to send me 2 replacement units in 1 month. I needed to use the product everyday to make supplemental food, and I thought it was an one on incident, so I ordered another unit on February 9th while waiting for the 2 replacement units to arrive. On March 11th, the 2nd unit also stopped charging/working while the promised units never arrived. Seller then promised to send a new one in 3 days and refunded me for 1 unit. Going to give it a third chance since the seller is nice and responsive.Update: the third unit is working still it’s been 2 months. I guess I was just unlucky with the previous 2 units. The seller was nice and quick to respond through made sure I got a working unit
