Excellent quality;fun for my dog; excellent customer service
My dog LOVES this puzzle feeder! I have a beagle for whom food is one of the things she craves most! She also needs lots of mental stimulation. This puzzle is great! It took her a couple of times using it to figure out that she has to tap the top with her paws to get the kibble out to outer rings and then flip open the little containers on the outer ring with her nose to get to the kibble. She still takes a while to eat from it, which is really good as if I just give her a bowl of food, she eats so fast that she just throws up! This slows down the eating considerably and solves THAT problem! She spends a couple of minutes after all the kibble is gone tapping it and checking to make sure she got ALL the kibble out! This product is very sturdy (my dog is kind of rough with stuff like this) and the suction tabs they send with this really do work on my kitchen floor. I used it at first without the suction cups, but my dog just batted this all over the kitchen. With the suction cups, it stays in place no matter how hard she bats at it. Besides the suction cups, they also include an extra little cover in case the dog manages to tear one of the covers to the little outer ring cups off. I just rinse this with hot water with my kitchen faucet on the sprayer selection. If there are areas that need a little dish soap, I just put that on them and spray with hot water to rinse. I had a question about something that came with my puzzle, so I contacted the seller by email and received a reply the same day. Not only was the reply prompt, it was not a âcannedâ reply-clearly a PERSON actually READ my email and responded with a direct answer to my question! If you have a dog that needs a little stimulation while inside during the winter or on a rainy day, or a dog that needs to slow down their eating (or both), I highly recommend this puzzle feeder! You could also put small treats in this instead of kibble if you prefer.

Great Product Great Customer Service!
My dog has gastrointestinal issues, and engulfs his food in seconds. This device not only is fun for him to use while eating, but slows down his digestion process. It’s worked great! But the customer service is off the chart fantastic. My email was responded to that day. The toy shouldn’t be put in the dishwasher but I made the mistake of doing so. A piece of the toy melted in the dishwasher’s significant heat. But Vicky agreed to replace the unit at no charge even though this was a user error. I am a customer for life.

Great training toy
My dog took to this treat/dog food toy right away. It was easy to train her to use. Only disappointed thing is that there are multiple springs in the push down top. My dog picked this up and dropped on our tile floor and 2 of the springs came out. We didn’t find the one spring and went to local hardware store but couldn’t find a spring that would work so we.had to throw this out.

LOVE THIS PUZZLE FEEDER!
This puzzle feeder has been our pups favorite way to eat his food every day! I would say it was worth its value. It is pretty durable, the bottom sticky pads fell off ours pretty quick, but all the pieces to the lifting tabs and what not have stayed strong. Itâs super easy to fill the food inside of it, unlike some other puzzle feeders weâve tried. It was fairly easy for our pup to figure out, but it took him a few meals to really get it down. 10/10 recommend if your pup tries to set new time record every time they eat their food.

Fun interactive food toy
Dogs really like this feeding toy. Even after using several months they still find it fun and get excited when it hits rotation again. Overall has been durable and easy to clean. One bigissue is the lid – hand wash only would be my recommendation ! Says ok at low temp on the top rack and I let air dry only. They must mean really low temp because I have two of these and they both warped. Was able to rewash and then while warm bend enough to reattach. As they cooled the lids reshaped enough the toys are usable again. However theyâll never be quite the same. The base no issues at all, just the lids.

Just complicated enough
This feeder is wonderful, it has slowed down my hungry Labrador from a 10 second meal to almost 5 minutes every day, but she does not get frustrated or give up.I love that she is active and engaged with her meal.Itâs also also very adorable, you can throw it in the dishwasher â just remember not to wash the plastic top part on a high setting (oops).Pro tip â for larger amounts of food, fill the top part, put it on the floor, then lower the upside down feeder on top of it and screw it in. Much easier than trying to keep it from overflowing.

Our Cavapoo loves this. Took her about 15 mins to fully get it but now can do it and lives eating her kibble out of it. She now has the kibble she would have for breakfast out of this every morning because she likes the challenge of it.This is a 10/10 product. Well made and good sticky feet on it so it doesnât get pushed all around the kitchen. When it eventually does wear out I will instantly buy another.
