Great toy, dog loves it, but
This is a great dog toy and has lasted our medium size pup a couple months. Which is a long time when it comes to these type of toys. And it probably has another month in it if I sew the side hole shut. The material is very durable and not easily punctured but will give way if they chew in the same spot for a long time. I notice that the seams give quicker than the actual material. Also the ropes are not very thick so my dog chews through them first. I would say if your dog is an aggressive chewer, then you might want to monitor this toy to keep it from being destroyed quickly. If your dog likes to toss things around and just play and chew here and there like my dog, then this toy will last for at least 2 to 3 months. Iâve been very happy with this and will definitely buy it again and again. The Pics are from today just over 2 months old) and itâs still holding but ropes are gone.

Definitely Not for Tough Chewers
I literally just got this… delivered 5 minutes ago! As you can see from the pictures, it’s already destroyed. He’s now ripping the fabric and pulling the stuffing out. The first thing to go was the rope “arms”. So, if your pup is like my Echo, this toy isn’t for you… HOWEVER, if your dog isn’t one who really just enjoys utterly destroying things to get to the squeaker, you’ll probably get some good months from it. Any of my previous dogs wouldn’t have destroyed this toy as quickly, it’s just that Echo has a massive bite force and enjoys treating toys up, lol. The toy is really cute, the fabric is medium thick canvas, almost like what a cat cover might be made of. So, it’s made well; it’s just that my dog likes destroying things.

Perfect for the tug of war dogs
My dog only likes tug of war but ropes aren’t exciting. Usually we’ll tug of war regular stuffed animals and it doesn’t last long. This toy is perfect. It’s an elastic between the two ends, plastic to make to noisy and squeakers in both ends. If your dog eats plastic, don’t get it, but if they don’t, this is perfect.He has chewed thru some of the toy but the elastic has held up.
