Works great keeping my dog occupied!
Just used one last night to keep my dog occupied while we ate dinner and it totally worked! I just used peanut butter all over it and my dog was occupied with it during our entire dinner time. Was nice to eat dinner without our dog sitting at our feet waiting, or giving the boo hoo face for some people food scraps. ð

Raw Paws Licking Mat is a great invention!! When puppies lick it helps to calm them down. I think getting a puppy to clam down is a very good thing. I load it up w/peanut butter or almond butter and she works at eating it by licking. It slows the process down w/nooks and cranneys. Then off for a nap or bed time snack. Very very easy to clean and it adhears to the floor and comes up easy. (but stays in place for puppy). Will keep these on hand. Side note, you recieve 2 in a package.

Must wash several times to get in every nook and cranny. Great suction cups. Just right size for small and medium breeds. Good boredom buster and a great distraction while grooming. Easy to spread yogurt, king spread, peanut butter etc; Dogs are excited each time I pull out these lick mats.

I have only used this once so far, but I like that the texture is kind of soft and bendy. It seems like it would be enjoyable to lick. The suction seems good as well, but I haven’t tried it in the bath or anywhere where I needed the suction. It was pretty easy to wash after using. My dog tried many times using her teeth to scrape out the food and I watched closely to make sure she wasn’t breaking the little textured pieces, and she did not break any. They stayed intact and none broke even though she seemed to be scraping hard with her teeth. So far so good.

The perfect lick mat for antsy dogs
Suction cups are a necessity for lick mats. Our 25 lb GSD (puppy) is a terror, but these mats hold up well. He has gotten it a couple times but on the right surface it wonât budge. Thankful for these ~15 minute distractions!

Its ok
It has lots of suckers on the back. Even with those it can still be a bit of a struggle sometimes to get it to stay on anything short of window glass. Its easy to wash. I have used it both for my dog and cats =). Don’t leave it with a dog, it very soft plastic and easy to chew through.My dog is not a huge fan of getting a bath so it’s nice to stick it to the wall as it 1) keeps him occupied and 2) is a reward to make bath time a little more bearable. I use it to feed my more aggressive cat when I am giving out the lick able treats, he will push aside his sister and not let her get any if given the opening. He gets it on the slow mat while I feed her.
