After the review posted received an email where the code is. Including a photo.I had already purchased a different collar and returned. Want to help another customer who might need this.It would be helpful if the directions note where to find this code. As the collar is very nice and itâs a great idea. Especially for the cats Iâm helping via TNR. If they show friendliness can help get them adopted./ UpdateAttempting to sign up and into the system (see photo) requires a code. Not just email and password. None is provided. Attempted to inquire through email provided and no reply. No way through Amazon to contact either.The tag is a great idea but not functional.The collar came in a little plastic box. Itâs very nice box and neck swag for the kitty. Reflective material on the collar is helpful. Cute little bell. The small user manual is easy to understand. But, as mentioned, doesnât provide the code thatâs required for access to add info. Defeating the purpose of the tag.The only concern that I could have fixed is the collarâs ability to remain the same size for fit. Like another collar hack Iâve used, was going to sew it in place with fishing string to ensure no slipping loose and off.Without a reply or means via Amazon to connect have decided to return and buy the other version that works well. Will purchase a scan tag separately.

It doesn’t seem to bother my cat when moving around or sleeping (even if it is right below their neck) so i would say it is good on the comfort level. The reflective aspect is a huge plus for when finding the cat in the dark .It is a breakaway collar which is great for cats when they get stuck anywhere! I haven’t had any trouble removing it but it also isn’t too easy to remove that it falls off. It also looks neat and fashionable. It fit my cat that is one year old and it was able to be used in rotation for a 4 month year old kitten.*Another thing i forgot to mention is it VERY smart with QR code !This is a cute little cat tag that has your information stored digitally. The person who finds your cat just scans the QR code on the back and they can call you to let you know they have found your fur baby.At the same time,you will receive an email with cat location,and you can find it on Google Maps.This product is very much worth every penny. and i would recommend and will probably buy again eventually it is a great buy.

Tags are a little too big and hang down too low. My dog already chewed on hers and now it won’t scan. But it’s a great idea and everything came exactly as described!

These collar are great there strong durable and last a long time I love the safety reflection sense I have a outdoor indoor cat makes me at ease that people can see him when he is out at night I love the safety Qr Itâs soo nice and the app on it works great this makes me happy that if he gets lost they can be tracked and returned home

Decent collar, tag not worth it
The collar fits well and glows nice at night. The QR tag was lost with 24 hours. Since the point of getting this was to help with making sure our cat could be returned if lost, this isn’t helpful. Will keep and use other collars for our indoor cats. Will keep searching for another alternative for our outdoor cat.
