Waste of money, broke after only 5 weeks!
Very bad quality very bad customer service!15 years ago I bought a leash that still works but starts to make noises so I bought this pink leash to replace it in case my old one breaks.I use the new one only a few times not even every day, the mechanism broke, it couldnât retract anymore. I contacted the customer service, the first time they didnât reply then they replied after the second message and said the leash canât be used on big dog. My dog is 11 lbs!!! So they write this reply without even asking me how much my dog weighs. Obviously they donât want to refund or replace the leash.Waste of money, I highly recommend not buying that leash!

Itâs broke already
I really liked this leash until it broke already. It wonât lock in place to shorten while walking my dog. Have to wrap it around my hand several times so all of the 20 feet of line doesnât come out.ð¡

Awesome leash – super affordable too
I love that the retractable rope is a tape, I have another one (different brand) that is a thin rope and it gets a little scary to hold when I’m trying to retract it while my dog is pulling on it. The tape feels more secure and also I don’t feel rope burn in case i’m accidentally holding it while retracting. The price is so affordable compared to other retractable leashes I see for sale.

I purchased 4 of these. 3 broke already. The line brake snaps and you can no longer control the leash. They’re cheap. They do the trick as a travel leash where you may use it only occasionally. But for everyday use, I recommend a better brand.
