A must have for hiking dogs
Love, love, love these bowls!! A must have for hiking or traveling dogs. I leave one on each of our vehicles, and always grab one when on the trail. Lightweight, durable, easy to clean. Has a little hoop on the back that I hook with a carabiner and hang off my pack.

Just as good as expected
Ruffwear is such a great company, we’ve bought a lot of their stuff for various dogs. This bowl, as expected, is a winner. For longer hikes it’s great because the narrow neck minimizes splashing and loss of water, while still being easily big enough for our 95lb German Shepherd to drink from. It folds up easily, it’s durable and a cinch to clean.

Well-made and lightweight, but my dog doesnât like it. Iâm not sure why, maybe he doesnât like the sensation of his snoot going into the bowl (which narrows towards the top instead of opening up like most bowls do).That said, my dog is a picky weirdo. Iâve found heâll drink from it if we just pour water in on the lowest âsettingâ (you can open the bowl up to three levels, essentially).Honestly, it seems like a great design. I like it better than the silicone bowl it replaced. Iâm just not sure my dog does!One nit: the loop on the back is relatively small, so itâs tough to attach to a leash. I think it should include a small carabiner to serve that function.

Fantastic product, well built!
Light-weight, large, collapsible and inspite of what it looks like, it holds water great. Has a small flat loop to hook your caribiner onto so that you can attach it to your dog’s collar. I tried 3 other products before I settled on this. This is the one and this is love. It holds like 4 x 18oz bottles of water and is large, so perfect for big dogs or dogs with big noses. Highly recommend!

Over Priced but Best portable pet Bowl I have seen or owned
Very portable. I like that it has a rather large capacity and that its shape promotes stability and helps prevent spillage . It folds flat and fits anywhere. Its not flimsy either. Underneath it is a loop that you can put a carabiner through for alternative carry options.

Favorite dog item brand
I have two of these bowls, one for food and one for water. I take them when I go camping with my dog and they work perfectly, fold down flat for transport, etc. My girl gets a bit scared when camping because I keep her on a leash which bangs and clanks against metal or heavier bowls, so these are a perfect “quiet” solution for her to feel comfortable while away from her usual setup at home.

Sturdy, lightweight, attractive–albeit rather pricey
This bowl is big and sturdy enough to water (or hold food for) a very large dog, but easily collapses down to nothing. There is a small cloth loop on the bottom to attach it to a small carabiner, but it isn’t actually very practical. Not worth taking off a star since I keep it in a tote bag anyway. The worst part about it is that it’s such an attractive dog bowl, if I accidentally leave it unattended, people will steal it (true story, this is my 2nd one).

Firstly, the bowl is well made. The material feels reasonably tough and lives up to the waterproof claims. It collapses down easily for storage/transport, making it handy to slip in a backpack on days out. Alternatively, the loop on the underside allows for it to be clipped to the outside of a bag with a carabiner (or similar).Sadly though, the ânon-slip baseâ is very smooth and slippery, not sticky/tacky as you would expect. Combined with the fact that the bowl is extremely lightweight, it doesnât stay still for long. We used it on both carpet and concrete during a recent trip away, and I ended up holding the bowl the whole time my dog was eating his food, otherwise it slid all over the place.A good idea overall, but it needs a proper non-slip base. Iâve returned it and will look for an alternative.
