Decent for the cost
Kinda on the extra large size, wish the spring was stronger to pull the leash back in, but the long leashes all seem to be like this so, time will tell on the durability. The flashlight is a awesome addition, an the poop bags are a bonus

Solid purchase!!!
Needed to replace my previous extension leash as my fur baby wore it down. I was super pleased to find this sturdy and well built. The leash is relatively thick and the clasp is heavy duty which is perfect for my bully!! The xtended length, partnered with the built in flashlight and bag holder make walks easier and cleanup, especially in the morning or at night, is much easier not having to carry a separate flashlight!!! The entire unit is a bit bulky, but the handle provides a solid grip and the retention button is well placed and easy to switch from locked to unlocked. Would recommend for people with a larger hand.

The cord is only a few inches at the beginning of the leash!
This is a very nice leash, and I love the way the doggie bag holder “snaps” into the leash (so it’s not banging around as you walk). But was very unhappy that the “cord” (that we were searching for) is only an attachment that you put in the lead and is only about 12″ long or so. We wanted the entire leash to be corded! We are hoping our chew-loving dog doesn’t chew this one in half like she did her previous “tape” style leash (which is what this is after the leading cord part). PICTURE IN AD IS VERY DECEIVING and leads to you believe the entire leash is corded.

1000% buy
This thing is great. Who knew it was everything I needed. I have a new rescue dog and it really helps prevent tangling while allowing him room to expire his new surroundings. Locking works great but the unlocking needs a little slack in the line to release. Itâs not prefect but doesnât deserve a lose of a star. The flash light doesnât come off unexpectedly but it doesnât have any sort of locking so when I knocked it pretty hard it fell off but slid right back into place. Lastly the bag dispenser is pretty cheap and kinda fell apart but I realized probably any bag dispenser would be annoying so I just use my pocked for unused bags.

Poor quality
I havenât even used it a month and itâs already messed up! The cord is like folded inside and it will not go back in all the way. I have to pull it all 16 feet out and slowly reel it back in. I have a different one that Iâve had for my other dog for years, and has not messed up like this one. And of course, itâs past the time that I could get a refund or replacement!

Hardly useable
We’ve had these types of leashes before. We are dissatisfied with this one as the synthetic leash material is too heavy. It is therefore it does not retract quickly enough. The lag is retraction time leads to unnecessary tangles and accidents

This leash has been the best leash that we have used since we brought our lab home. He is 3 and weighs 105 pounds. This leash works perfect for giving him the appropriate amount of leash depending up the area we are walking. It is also much easier to use than other leashes that lock and unlock. Added bonus that it comes with a flash light. We love this leash.

Unfortunately it’s very heavy . The pullback line is not strong the leash closes back up slow .The light is good and strong, I use it for night walks with the dogs (without the leash).Was not very impressed with the poop bag container . The plastic seal where the bag is being pull out keeps falling off.In overall I wouldn’t recommend this.
