Excellent for travel
I have a bigger Sharper Image sound machine in my bedroom, I’ve had it for about 15 years and still going. I bought this lighter version for travel, I need a sound machine, I’m a very light sleeper. These are the best for travel, it weighs very little and it’s so compact, so easy to pack in my luggage. The sound is loud and strong. You can’t beat this for size and price. The sound is a bit “tinny” ….so what I do is wrap it in a thick towel and adjust it accordingly for size of hotel room or guest bedroom. The towel muffles the tinny sound.

Overall ok, but LOUD even on lowest setting
Overall itâs ok, only complaint is itâs a bit louder than Iâd like even on the lowest setting. Plan to cover it with a towel or move it further away from the bed, but hoped to be able to keep on bedside for easy control⦠just way too loud. Only sounds I found enjoyable so far but without extended use until I find a quieter nighttime solution, were Relax, Calm, and white noise.

Ocean sound very disappointing
The Sharper Image sound machine was easy to set up, and I liked that it can run on a USB cord, so you don’t have to use batteries, but what I was looking for was the sound of soothing ocean waves. The “Ocean” setting sounds like water from a faucet turned on high, running into a bathtub. Very little “wave” sound, and not soothing at all.

Perfect for all light sleepers
My fiance and I work completely opposite schedules. He’s on overnights and sleeps all day while I work all day and he comes home an hour before my alarm goes off on my work days. This product has helped us coexist and get sleep without worrying about waking each other up. There’s so many different options and you can control the volume. Great product for the price!

Stopped working after brief time – can’t tell if charged
Their customer support email is not working. The sound goes on for 20 seconds then stops. Difficult to tell if charged (no light indicating if it is or not)
